Application of briquette maker:

This briquette machine is an environmental-friendly equipment, making full use of and pressing coal/charcoal powder and any agro-wastes(≤ 3mm) into coal/charcoal sticks burning without smoke. Shapes of final products can be round, square, hexagon, quincunx, and so on. The diameter produced by this model is 30-40mm. You can decide about how long the sticks should be. What kind of materials can be used for this briquette machine:
1. Coal/charcoal powder from coal ash, coal mud, coke powder, coking coal, and other kinds of coal and charcoal. If the size of these materials is too big, you need to crush them into less than 3mm. If your raw materials have a big size, it is difficult to press and shape in the process of making sticks.
2. Any kind of agro-wastes: Such as rice husks, crop stalks, wheat brans, groundnut shells, paddy straw, coffee shells, palm shells, sunflower stalks, cotton stalks, and so on! Of course, sawdust and any kind of wood chips can also be used! (to use these materials, materials need to be carbonized with a coconut shell charcoal machine first! ) 


Working principle and working process of this briquette maker:

3. Then the thruster of the propeller pushes forward coal powder through the forming die to produce high-density coal/charcoal sticks!

Installation and debugging of briquette machine:

1. Before installation, all parts are cleaned, and rust appears when transported or stored for a long time, and check whether the parts are damaged.

2. Concrete the foundation according to the foundation drawing, and leave screw holes. After the concrete is solidified, hang the briquette making machine on the concrete foundation, align the screw holes, and grout the concrete twice. After the anchor screws are solidified, use a level to calibrate The machine can be tested after the briquette machine is stable.

3. Lubricate each lubricating part before the test machine, and the amount of oil is moderate. Check all bolts for looseness and tighten them. Jog the charcoal briquette machine to see if there is any foreign object or abnormal sound. Confirm that it is correct before starting the operation. And check if the power direction is correct.

4. After the machine runs empty for 3~5 minutes, it can be put into trial production normally. The new machine should be evenly fed with moderate dry and wet (generally 12%~15% moisture content).
