Application of pellet mill:

The raw material for this pellet mill can be the food grain like corn, wheat, and the crushed waste from agriculture, for example, corn straw, groundnut shell, grass, wheat bran, sawdust, animal manure, and so on, can be pressed into both feedstuffs for many kinds of animals and biomass fuel, the diameter of the pellet can be 2-12 mm, when processing, the lower temperature can maintain the nutrition of the products. And through general extrusion, it can kill micro-organisms, and parasites to prevent disease and store it easily(cattle feed pellet machine).

The scope of application of pellet mill:

1: The processing range is wide, regardless of the biomass raw materials we can find now, such as miscellaneous wood, pine, bamboo chips, peanut husks, rice husks, straws, etc., can be made into pellets without any additives(pellet mill).

2: The density of processed particles can reach 1.1*103kg/m3.

3: Make sure that the length of the biomass raw material does not exceed the diameter of the die hole. For example, if a 6mm flat die is used, the length of the wood chips cannot exceed 6mm(feed pellet making machine).

4: Ensure that the moisture content of biomass raw materials is controlled between 10% and 18%, and the moisture requirements of different raw materials are different. For example, raw materials containing lignin or sugar in pinewood require lower moisture content, and vice versa(pellet mill).

5: The compression ratio of flat die holes, different raw materials, due to different bulk densities, contain different amounts of lignin, so different forms of die holes are required to achieve better molding results. The flat die equipped with our corn stalk feed pellet machine is processed according to the data obtained from a large number of experiments with different raw materials, and the effect on general raw materials will be better. In the case of a low completion rate, we will adjust the compression ratio of the flat die according to the material(pellet mill).

2. Powdered feed and grass powder can be pelletized without adding a little liquid, so the moisture content of the pelleted feed is basically the moisture content of the material before pelleting, which is more convenient for storage(animal feed pellet machine).

3. Dry material processing produces feed pellets with high hardness, smooth surface, and internal ripening, which can improve the digestion and absorption of nutrients.

4. The particle formation process can denature the resistance factors in grains and beans, reduce the adverse effects on digestion, kill various parasite eggs and other pathogenic microorganisms, and reduce various worms and digestive system diseases(pellet mill).

How to choose pellet size?

1. The 2.5mm grinding disc is for breeding: parrots, thrushes, finches, and other pet birds. Young rabbits, young chickens, young ducks, goslings, young pigeons, young birds, young peacocks, young aquatic fish and other small animals.

2. The 3-4mm grinding disc is used for breeding: rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons, birds, peacocks, aquatic fish, etc.

3. The 5-6mm grinding disc is for breeding: pigs, cattle, sheep, dogs, pigs, horses

4. 7-12 mm is generally used to make bait, large birds, mice and other large animals.
