This machine is to cut the newspapers into pieces for further processing.

One pencil needs one paper size:18.3CM*54CM, one newspaper generally could make 3 pcs.

Put papers under the cutter blade, press the handle, and the paper will be cut into your needed size(eco-friendly pencil making machine).

This machine is used to cut and polish the dry pencil sticks.

For the newspapers is rolled automatically, two ends of the rod maybe be not so neat, also newspapers are old, not so smooth on the surface, by processing by this machine, you could get better quality pencils(paper pencil making machine).
