Working Principle of liquid filling machine:

1. The way the bottle unscramble is a positioning flip. Pure bottles into the bottles unscrambler's hopper, then organize the bottle with oscillation(juice packing machine). The bottles will stａnd on the turntable(according to the customer's requirement can choose the way of the organization). After the organization, the bottles are transported to the parts of filling and capping. It can finish filling, adding nozzle, correcting, and capping automatically. The qualified rate is high. A liquid filling machine can work with a labeling machine and printer as a production line.

2. The bottle unscramble is a round bucket unscrambler. Poured the disorderly bottle into the bucket. When bottles are transported out, they are in order and the mouth is upwards. Then they will go to the transition turntable which has a double track. Through the turntable, the bottles enter the filling and capping parts. The machine adopts linear filling. After filling it will finish adding nozzle and capping in a turntable. There are two choices: component positioned capping or vacuum suctioning the nozzle and adding it. Then it finishes the correction and capping task. The line is used in the medical, chemical, and food industries.
