Reasonable structure

ZCS water solenoid valve diameter 15~100 is the pilot type electromagnetic valve with diaphragm type for secondary valve opening. The diameter of 125~300 is the pilot solenoid valve with three valves open. The structure is mainly composed of auxiliary valve and main valve. According to the different switch state when the power is off, it can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve normally closed solenoid valve. When the position is normal, the movable iron core seals the auxiliary valve port, the pressure in the valve chamber is balanced, and the auxiliary valve is The main valve port is closed. When the coil is electrically generated, electromagnetic force is generated to suck the movable iron core, the auxiliary valve is opened, and the medium in the main valve chamber is leaked from the self-guide valve, so that a pressure difference is generated between the upper and the upper valve cup, and the diaphragm or the cup is quickly lifted. The main valve port is opened and the valve is in a passage state. When the coil is de-energized, the magnetic field disappears, the movable iron core is reset, the closed secondary closed port is closed, and the pressure in the auxiliary valve and the main valve valve cup is increased, the main valve cup is pressed against the valve seat, and the valve is star-closed. Normally open solenoid valve, when the coil is energized, the magnetic force is generated, the armature moves downward under the action of the magnetic force, the sub-valve cup is moved downward, the auxiliary valve is closed, and the main valve cup is equal to the upper and lower pressure difference. The self-weight is closed to the sealing surface. When the coil is de-energized, the magnetic force is zero, the armature and the sub-cup rise due to the elastic action, and the sub-opening is opened. The medium in the main run cup passes through the auxiliary, and the pressure drops. When the pressure drops to a fixed value, the main valve cup is pressed up and down. The differential action rises, the main valve opens, and the valve opens.

Installation method and maintenance

When installing, please pay attention to the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. Do not install in places where there is direct dripping or splashing. The solenoid valve should be installed vertically upwards.

The solenoid valve should ensure that the power supply voltage is within the range of 159%-10% of the rated voltage.

After the solenoid valve is installed, there must be no reverse pressure difference in the pipe. It needs to be powered on several times to make it suitable for use.

Thoroughly clean the piping before installing the solenoid valve. The medium to be passed should be free of impurities. Install the filter in front of the valve.

When the solenoid valve fails or is cleaned, a bypass device should be installed to ensure the system continues to operate.

[01] It is recommended to use a unit to assign someone to take care of the maintenance.

[02] After the solenoid valve is installed, it is necessary to pass the medium test action several times, and it can be put into formal use after confirming the normal condition.

[03] The dirt inside and outside the large valve and the suction surface should be cleaned regularly, taking care not to damage the sealing surface.

[04] When the solenoid valve is not used for a long time, the manual valve before the valve should be closed. When re-enabling, the steam solenoid valve should remove the condensate and perform the test operation several times. It can be put into use after the switch is normal.

[05] When the solenoid valve is removed from the pipeline, the internal parts should be wiped clean and compressed with compressed air. When the storage time is long, if the seal between the piston and the valve seat is not good, the piston sealing surface can be re-ground. Now and the valve seat is ground.

[06] When working, pay attention to the pressure gauge before and after the valve, the working pressure should not exceed the rated pressure, and the working pressure difference must be within the rated pressure difference. Electromagnetic when the working pressure exceeds the rated pressure or the working pressure difference exceeds the rated differential pressure.

[07 Valve should be stopped, and the front and rear manual valves should be closed to prevent the solenoid valve from exploding and leaking.
