CFLA V20.03Marking Laser Machine

CKD-CFLA V20.03 is used formarking produce date, series number, bar code on packing box or bottle. It workswith other equipment on the production Line, the laser automatically markslogo, date or numbers on product once the product enters into the markingscope.

CKD-CFLA V20.03 is a CO2laser marking system, mainly mark on non-metal materials, such as, plasticbottle (PP, PE, PVC, ABS and so on), wood, bamboo, leather, paper, cloth, organicmaterials, epoxide resin and so on.

CKD-CFLA V20.03 is equippedwith accurate calculation system, with a multi-functional touch screen to set markingcontent, by coder to coordinate the speed of laser and product conveyor, throughsensors sensing products into the laser area and transfer the signal back tothe laser marking machine, then the machine commands marking head output laser.

In the whole process, accordingto the set program, the machine automatically generates the next markingcontent, automatically jumps number or code, to mark each product a unique numberor code.

Automatically counts andstores data even when there is no network. The machine is equipped with one ortwo (optional) external focus tool (s), which makes operation much easier.

Compared with the traditional ink jet coding, CKD-CFLA V20.03 laser jet codingtechnology is fast, no consumables, no pollution, and the marked connect cannotbe erased, this is a better anti-counterfeiting solution.

It is popular in printingdate on water bottle made of PP plastic, compared with inkjet, there is no needto wait for ink to dry, no ink, writing is clearer, pollution-free, odorless, healthier.

The marking direction is adaptableａnd adjustable. The user can switch the marking direction to mark/ engrave/print logo / date Vertical, horizontal or other directions.

Not only marking head, thewhole laser path’s direction also can be adjusted according to yourapplication. There’s an angle adjuster under the laser path.

The Y-axis is adjustable formove marking head forward or backward, the Z-axis is adjustable for focusing upor down.

The power of the machine andtouch control are all fixed on the machine, the base load and can easily move thewhole machine with four universal wheels which can be braked according to yourdemand.
