PLMD V22.05Marking Laser Machine

CKD-PLMD-20,V22.05 is a portable moving fiber laser marking machine. Put the focus holderof marking head on material, press the button on the handle of the markinghead, the laser will mark set content on the surface of the material quickly.

V22.05version is much smaller and lighter weight, the moving the whole machine is only13Kg, and the cabinet is with wheels to easy moving.

The touchcontroller is installed on the cabinet of the machine, much easily operationfor moving marking work.

APLICATION:

CKD-PLMD-20,V22.05 solve the problem of heavy or huge material logo marking, the material doesn’thave to move to put under the marking head, manually put the marking head onthe material flexibly.

EASY OPERATION:

1.    Setparameter by the touch controller on the surface the cabinet of the machine.

2.    Putthe focus holder on the material.

3.    Pressthe button on the handle to mark.

The whole process does not need focus adjustment, the user does not need to walk awayto set parameter on a separated touch controller, never worry about the signaltransmission problem from touch controller to machine.

On the holder, the user can choose acrylic if they have laser protect goggles, orchoose laser protect glass, which is professional OD4+, protective wavelength 200-450& 800-2000nm.

After moving the focus holder, CKD-PLMD-20, V22.05 becomes a simple laser cleaningmachine, it can clean the oil contamination, rust, coating, smudging and so on.
