RMLE V19.10Marking Laser Machine

CKD-RMLE is for rotary automatically batch marking, the typically application is LED bulbs marking, marking or printingLOGO, brａnd or numbers by laser, and never color faded without any ink. Beside light bulbs, it also fits other unform components engraving, materials thatneed side marks.

The purpose CKD-RMLE is to save manpower, increase the number of processing in alimited time, and improve accuracy, reduce the error caused by artificial fatigue.

CKD-RMLE matches 8 smaller rotaries on the big rotary table.

The big rotary table deliveries material to marking scope, stop, then laser horizontal emits, at the same time the small rotary rotating while laser is marking, so that the laser marks logo around the side of LED bulbs.

With shield in the center of big rotary table, to avoid error laser marking on opposite bubbles.

To accommodate different types of light bulbs, we prepare kinds of fixtures,marking accuracy has also improved for this.

Easy operation and adaptable, the user can adjust the marking location and focus for different bubbles by Y-axis and Z-axis.

The direction of CKD-RMLE is changeable, it can be used like other standard laser marking machine for plan material, to realize multi-purpose, full use of all the functions of this machine.

CKD-RMLE is Installed computer inside the machine, installed marking software after well calibration.

Thisis a standard machine, the closable part is laser source, it’s power or categories.
