CKD-RMUV solves the application of automatically rotary marking for batches small things,such as pen, USB disk, plate, card, cover of electronics, lighter, parts of the same specification and so on.

CKD-RMUV can process kinds of materials, such as plastic, paper, metal, wood, leatherａnd so on. CKD LASER will match you the most suitable laser source according to your material. CKD-RMUV can match with fiber laser, UV laser or CO2 laser.

Take UV laser for examples to introduce this machine:

Basic laser machine manually marks logo on pen, one by one, the laser has to be stopped when the user put another pen in the marking scope, and take the operator longer time to put the next pen in the right marking place.

But for CKD-RMUV, the user can load 20 pens on the rotary table once, the machine can automatically rotate to the next station to mark the next pen, the operator can load blank pens and unload marked pens at the same time, and don’t need takelong time to aim laser to target place on pen, because CKD LASER ‘s rotary has designed fixture on rotary table already.

CKD-RMUV minimize operation steps, the user can operate in familiar EzCad directly.

CKD-RMUV belongs to a multi-purpose model, after removing the rotary table, users can carry out ordinary plane laser marking or engraving. What material can be marked depends on the laser source you choose.

We supply laser protective goggle of OD 4+, multi-wavelength protection 200-450& 800-2000nm, users can choose it with machine or not.
