PLMB V17.08Marking Laser Machine

CKD-PLMBV17.08 is a type of portable laser marking machine, with optional laser powerof 20W, 30W, 50W and 60W. Mainly used for marking logo on metal and somenon-metal, such as hard plastic, dark color painted face of materials. Forexamples, power bank, charger cover, black paper packing, pens, stationery, pettag, jewelry, weapon, knives, cup, pump, vehicle parts, 3C, digital products,gifts and so on.

CKD-PLMBV17.08 has manual focus and motorized focus.

n   Manual focus: switching top wheel toget right focus.

n   Motorized focus: pressingbuttons to get right focus, which is easier and time saving.

CKD-PLMBV17.08 is very easy to operate.

1. locate thematerial in marking scope under the marking head. The marking scope isoptional, we supply lens scope of 100*100mm, 150*150mm and 200*200mm. Thebigger power can match the bigger lens. Smaller lens can help the laser havehigher focus energy when the laser power keeping the same. If you will choose abig power of laser marking machine, recommend two lenses of both bigger andsmaller.

2. Import your markingcontent in the marking software of EzCad2. We will match each machine withauthorized software with series number on BJJCZ control board. The markingsoftware supports automatically engraving of QR code, bar code, kinds of vectormarking, bit map (real photo) printing, circle marking, rotary marking and soon.

3. Then, get right focus byswitching the wheel on the top of the machine. There are two configurations canbe chosen for V17.08:

(1) Two dots focus tools, oneis inside the machine, another is outside the machine. When the red dotsoverlap like above picture, the laser is on right focus.

(2) Three dots focus tools,one is inside the machine, the other two are built-in the marking head (the cuboidgalvanometer, like picture above). When the three dots overlap, the laser is onright focus.

The advantage of the secondway: can easily change the focus tool once the service life of them isfinished.

Compared with other way ofmarking, laser marking is higher precision, faster speed, more functions andlong service life. CKD LASER will send you user guide with maintenance guide tohelp you expａnd the using.

4. Start the marking bymouse, or by keyboard, or by footswitch. Above photos show the marking resultsby CKD-PLMB V17.08.

The cabinet of the machinecan be separated with its marking frame. User can place the machine like adesktop computer. The position board is with standard position holes, the usercan fix on slide slots, rotary, XY table, cutting fixture and so on, to facilitateyour laser engraving work.

Focus reader above is anoptional part for some new users. The laptop computer here is also optional, itneeds more USD400 besides the machine. You also can use the machine with yourcomputer. Our marking machine adapts to windows system of Win7/8/10.

Recommend rotary ofCKD-RF00-50 or CKD-RF08-69 if you will mark jewelry, suggest CKD-RF01-80H or CKD-RF02-100Hif you want to mark bigger cylinders. If your workshop is without smoke ordusty exhaust system, advise you EX-2000 smoke filter, it can help you removesmell and purified air during laser marking or cutting.

How to choose a rightconfiguration quickly?

1. 20W is for lightsurface logo marking, 50W is for deeply marking or thin metal cutting. If youwant both functions, can consider 30W.

2. 20W choose100*100mmlens. 30W can choose 150*150mm or 100*100mm. 50W can choose 200*200mm, or150*150mm or 100*100mm. Marking scope is the zone where the laser can scanonce. Marking scope needs to cover your biggest logo, rather than your biggestmaterial.

CKD-PLMB V17.08 isenough for basic marking. If you want more functions, please contact our salesfor PLMB V19.08 or V19.09, or PL3D. They are more expensive but indeed worthyａnd help you improve work efficiency.
