The solution of SMLA V20.07 is for automatically revising logo direction when marking materials out of sequence.
All the steps are done in the full sealing space, reduce smoke, odour, noise andinterference.
Matching X-Y table for slightly adjustment.
Smoke suction nozzle is set beside the marking scope. (Smoke purifier is optional.)
The laser scan scope is 100*100mm.
Using example:
Phone card tray is small, you need to mark tiny words on its slim frame, and thousands to be done with one day. One by marking and position is impossible for this heavy work load.
SMLA V20.07 helps you out:
l Set in computer.
l Put material (markingtargets) on X-Y table.
l Vision lactation system recognizesthe direction of material, predicts the position of laser engraving and returnsignal to laser system.
l Close the door.
l Laser mark contents in rightdirections.
In the vision location range, laser will mark the logo in the correct direction on each card tray (material /components), no matter how direction the material is placed.
