CKD-FCLO series is an opening type fiber laser cutting machine with 3000*1500mm cutting scope, including 500W, 1000W and 3000W fiber laser configuration, has the advantages as below:

Configuration
CKD-FCLO series is equipped with a Raytools cutting head. All construction sub-units, such as fiber laser resonators, CNC (C Computer Numeric Control) controls, program software, handling equipment, etc. aresupplied by world class quality manufacturers.

Environmental conditions
The temperature range at the workplace must be between 15-35 degrees C.
The system components must not be exposed to direct sunlight.
In the case of tropical climatic conditions or if the temperature of the workplace risesabove 35℃, it is recommended that theequipment should be housed within an air-conditioned space/room.
The Dew Point conditioning of the ambient air should be less than 10 degrees C in order to prevent condensation in the refrigerated parts of the machine.
It is recommended that the machine should be installed on a vibration-free floor.
Vapors resulting from paint or solvent injection can be absorbed by the laser beam andcan adversely affect the functioning of the system. For this reason, contactwith the laser beam by such vapors may constitute a high risk of explosion.
