SMLA V21.04Marking Laser Machine

CKD-UMLA has 3W and 5W, 355nm UV cold laser marks logo without melted zone, doesn’t cause material transformation. It can mark or engrave all most materials including metal and non-metal, especially good at marking glass, crystal, acrylic, PCB, PVC, PC and so on. As its small beam of 0.7±0.1mm (no beam expansion) and excellent configuration of whole machine, CKD-UMLA is the top choice of logo printing on special material, circuit board, sun-glasses and other electronic components and cosmetics.

There are two focus ways for option, motorized focus and Z-axis auto focus.

1. Motorized focus: press button up or down to get right focus till focus dots overlap.

2. Z-axis auto focus: automatically get right focus according to the software command. This is highly efficient for material with several faces at different levels to complete marking at once.

CKD-UMLA is an all-in-one machine built-in computer, keyboard, mouse and water chiller. The water chiller also can be taken out if the operation environment is hot.

With voltage reader, the user can stop the machine if the machine shows your electricity happens accident. The focus speed can be adjusted when changing material to be a very different material, save operation time. Led lamp is built-in the machine for material place or real time observation.

Marking scope is optional: 100*100/150*150/200*200mm (Recommend small power with smaller scope.)

Focus reader (optional) is outside the machine, easy to read focus, which is very useful for special marking at specific off-focus.

With smock channel outside the machine, users can connect smock purifier or fume extractor (optional) to work, which is necessary to keep healthy both machine and operator.

Rotary: for cylinder material surrounding marking, CKD LASER supply kinds of rotaries.

Work table: there are XY table and XYZ table, makes location slightly moving easy for small material.

Laser protect goggle: multi wavelength protection, 190-420&850-1300&1064nm OD4+, CE. Protect eyes from laser when engraving open the door.
