1. Expansion sleeve is a keyless connection device, its principle and use is through the action of
high strength tensile bolt,between the inner ring and shaft, between the outer ring and the hub
of a huge holding force, in order to achieve the keyless connection between the parts and the
shaft. When under load, by the expansion sleeve and parts, shaft combined pressure and
associated friction to transfer torque, axial force or both of the composite load.

ring and two double cone compression ring.
4. With hexagonal bolt lime tight, lime tight elastic ring has no axial movement relative to the hub,
compared with Z1 type, the same compression force can produce greater radial pressure, transfer
greater load.
5. In order to facilitate disassembly, there is a screw hole for disassembly on a pressing ring, and
there are 2~4 places along the circumference.
