Continuous Sandblasting System Conveyor Belt Blast Machine
Designed for continuous sandblasting applications of parts in flat shape parts, such as stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, profiles, glass plate, stone, shell, notebook mainboard, decorative pieces, etc. Automatic sandblasting system speeds up production time and increases throughput, ensures consistent quality and predictable results
How Continuous Conveyor Sandblasting System Works?
A batch of workparts are manually placed or fixed on the belt conveyer, then transported into a blasting station where the blast gun automatically swinging and blasting to process, after which they will enter into a clean room for removing the abrasives and dust. All workparts are finally discharged by manual when comes out from the other end of the conveyor.
Continuous Conveyor Sandblasting System Features
1. Frequency controlled conveyor belt is flexible to meet different blasting requirements.
2. Swinging angle and blasting distance of the automatic guns can be adjusted to optimize results
3. Depending on the parts'shapes and dimensions, the blasting area can be equipped with fixed guns or oscillating guns on a vertical/horizontal axis,
3. Whole process is controlled via PLC control system, with high degree of automation and low failure rate.
4. Cyclone and cartridge filter dust collecting system ensures clean working environment
5. Each system can be tailored to the customer's specifications to address all process constraints and for optimal results and productivity.
