According to the requirements of our customers, specified rubber parts for the MWD system are focused on the research and development. The non-magnetic rubber centralizer is one of the most important petroleum drilling apparatus accessories that our company designed, from the beginning till now, its design and prcess levels are improned after continuous great efforts. And it was composed of two parts: anti-corrosive, abrasion resistant, non-magnetic alloy body and strong abrasion resistant elastomer coated over the body. The Specified vulcanization process was laid down in order to keep the elastomer layer stick firmly with alloy body under harsh environment with high downhole temperature and high speed drilling mud erosion.
Design standard:
According to max operation tempreture:150ºC, elastomeric formula was designed and its vulcanization process was planed.

The size of Bolts mounted on the centralizer generally is the ISO socket head M6. In response of the requests of our customers, the ANSI 1/4' -20UNC socket head M6-size bolt can be equipped with the centralizer.

The centralizer with different ID, OD or length can be customized according to the request of the customers.
The operation conditions of the rubber non-magnetic centralizer:

1. Be used in weak-acid or alkaline drilling mud

2. The max operation temperature is: 150 celcius degree

3. Accumulative service life is no less than 300 hrs (The actual service life varies according to the character of drilling mud and other correlative factors).

The metallic body material of centralizer usually is Monel alloy, non-magnetic stainless steel, Ti alloy or BeCu alloy, etc.
