I. Product structure:
This series is composed of an insulated cylindrical high-voltage test transformer, a voltage divider, a fully automatic intelligent console, a compensation voltage regulator, an isolation step-up transformer, and a current-limiting resistor.
Lead the test product from the high-voltage output terminal block of the insulated cylindrical high-voltage test transformer, through the current transformer on the electric voltage regulator and the meter on the insulated cylindrical high-voltage test transformer, output to the ammeter, voltmeter, indicator light, and button on the console To measure, monitor and operate.
It is widely used in power system users to test the insulation performance of various high-voltage electrical equipment on site. Especially suitable for large-scale enterprises and research departments for project research and use.

IV. Safety precautions
(1) The insulation resistance should be measured before and after each test, and the insulation condition should be checked.
(2) This product is forbidden to be stored and used for a long time at a temperature higher than 45°C.
(3) This product must not exceed the rated parameters. Except as necessary for testing, it is never allowed to energize or de-energize at full voltage.
(4) When doing a test with a larger capacity sample, the boost must be slow to prevent excessive charging current of the sample from damaging the equipment, and a DC test must be fully discharged.
(5) This product should be placed in a ventilated, dry place without direct sunlight when it is not used for a long time.
(6) This product must not be hit or pressed heavily during transportation, and it must not be tilted or placed upside down.
(7) The oil-immersed insulated cylindrical high-voltage test transformer needs to stand still before it can be energized after transportation.
(8) The use of this product for high-voltage tests must be performed by professionals. In addition to being familiar with this manual, the relevant national standards and operating procedures must be strictly implemented. Refer to GB/T16972-1997 "Insulation coordination of high-voltage transmission and transformation equipment, high-voltage test technology", "Preventive test procedures for electrical equipment", etc.
(9) Set up the venue in accordance with relevant regulations and connect the equipment connections. In areas where conditions permit, there should be personnel responsible for safety on-site for guidance. Connect the ground terminal of the console to the ground grid, and connect the ground terminal of the transformer to the ground grid to ensure that the two ground terminals are reliably connected to the same ground grid.
(10) Connect the power cord, turn on the power switch, and press the "Emergency Stop" button if you need to approach the test transformer, the tested product and other equipment linked to it.
(11) After connecting. If it is not in the zero position, the system will automatically return to the zero position.
(12) Irrelevant items are not allowed to be stacked on and around the equipment panel during the test.
(13) Please check the power supply voltage before starting up.
(14) When replacing the fuse and accessories, please use the same model as this instrument.
(15) This instrument should be protected from moisture and oil.
(16) During the test, please confirm that the device under test has been powered off and disconnected from other live devices.
