III. Working Principle

(1) Relay :The function of the appliance is to control the connection or cut off of the output high voltage, and the release and suction of the relay are controlled by the controller.
(2)voltage regulator:The change of voltage is realized by adjusting the voltage regulator。
(3) high voltage transformer:The output voltage of the regulator is raised according to the ratio of about 1∶70, and the output voltage of 0~20 kV is obtained. The output power is 300 VA (15,20mA), the AC voltage is output directly, and the DC voltage is pumped at the secondary 0.707 of the transformer and filtered by half-wave rectifier。
(4)Current detector :This part of the circuit converts the current flowing through the measured piece into a voltage, which is compared with the reference voltage, and then outputs a detection signal to the controller。
(5) Controller:According to the signal from current detector and start-up, reset, timing, whether the relay is connected and whether the alarm circuit alarm
(6) timer:After pressing the start button, the output high voltage is turned on, the timer starts to timing, and after the timing time arrives, the high voltage is disconnected by the control circuit to achieve the purpose of timing test。
(7)Alarm:During the test, when the leakage current exceeds the preset value of the leakage current, the buzzer and the over-leakage lamp are NE556 by the driving block to alarm the sound and light, and the high voltage is cut off automatically。
