HMCXZ AC Resonant Test System is suitable for 10KV, 35KV, 110KV, 220KV, 500KV polyhexene power cable AC withstａnd voltage test. It is suitable for the AC withstａnd voltage test of large-capacity equipment such as 60KV, 220KV, 500KV GIS, transformers, insulators, busbars, busbars, and hydroelectric generators.

HMCXZ AC Resonant Test System is mainly composed of variable frequency controller, excitation transformer, high voltage reactor, high voltage divider and so on. The frequency conversion controller is divided into two categories, 55KW and above are desktop type, and below 55KW is portable box type; it is composed of a controller and a filter. The main function of the variable frequency controller is to convert the 380V or 220V power frequency sine alternating current with fixed amplitude and frequency into a sine wave with adjustable amplitude and frequency. And provide power for the whole set of equipment. The function of the excitation transformer is to raise the output voltage of the variable frequency power supply to a suitable test voltage. The high voltage reactor L is an important part of the resonant circuit. When the power frequency is equal to 1/(2π√LCX), it will resonate in series with the tested product CX.

The AC Resonant Test System is to change the system inductance and test frequency to make circuit in resonant condition. Its electric circuit is shown in Fig.1. The adoption of variable frequency resonant technology reduces the capacity of power source and the weight of equipment, which facilitates on-site test.

1) .500KV and below switche and instrument transformer AC withstａnd voltage test,test frequency 30-300Hz，test voltage 740kV，test time 1min.

2.220kV/630mm² 0.6km cable AC withstａnd voltage test，capacitance≤0.086uF，test frequency 30-300Hz，test voltage 216kV，test time60min.

3.110kV/630mm² 1.5Km cable AC withstａnd voltage test，capacitance≤0.3uF，test frequency 30-300Hz，test voltage 128kV，test time 60min.

All Specifications can be customized according to client’s requirements.

2.when withstand, Reactor selection Instrunction

1）the above configuration proposal is made according to the longest cable.

2) for short cable or test object with no capacitance,in order to reach to find resonance frequency,usually connect the resonance capacitor with loop in parallel.

Use appropriate power cord: can only use this product special, and conform to the product specifications of the power cord.

Properly connect and disconnect: when tests conductors and charged terminal connections, not optional connect or disconnect test wires.

Product grounding: this product except through the power grounding wires grounding,shell grounding column must be grounded. In order to prevent the shock, grounding must be connected with the ground conductor. With this product in the input or output terminal connections and shall ensure the product before already correct grounded.

Note that all terminal's rated value: in order to prevent fire or shock, please note all the rated value and mark of the product. please read this product before operation instruction, in order to further understａnd the information about rated value.

Don't operate without instruments cover plat ,such as already unloaded plat or panel, please do not operate this product.

In a suspicious fault, not operation: such as suspect this product has damaged, please contact the company maintenance personnel for inspection, do not continue to operate.
