● Voltage, current, time, status information and prompt information and other data are displayed on a 10-inch large-screen LCD, with clear and intuitive readings;

● Touch operation, all functions can be preset in advance, which improves the safety and reliability of the product;

● Status reminder function, all Chinese guided operation;

● Alarm function, closing alarm, 5 seconds buzzer alarm prompt; abnormal voltage signal collection, buzzer alarm;

● Emergency stop function, under automatic control, this function can realize the emergency stop of boosting or depressing at any point;

● Automatic timing function. In automatic control, when the voltage automatically rises to the set value, the device automatically starts timing, and when the timing expires, the device automatically drops the voltage and automatically returns to zero;

There are four kinds of high voltage testing transformer according to the medium points:

1. Oil-immersed high voltage transformer test: large capacity, cheap, convenient maintenance, mainstream products.

2. Inflatable HV test transformer : interrupter resistance, and the corona sound is small, not affected by the climate change ratio, has a long service life, has excellent arc extinguishing performance, and does not require maintenance.

3. Dry type high voltage testing transformer: light weight, light volume, can run backward,Easy to carry and can be transported by air.

4.insulating cylinder high voltage testing transformer: Using epoxy cast barrel shell, full insulation treatment, improve the insulation strength, high output voltage, the highest voltage level of a single device can reach 750KV.

Capacity selection of HV test transformer

The formula for determining the capacity Pn of the nominal power frequency test transformer: Pn=KVn2ωCt×10-9

Where: Pn——nominal power frequency test transformer capacity (KVA)

Vn——The effective value of the rated output high voltage of the power frequency test transformer (KV)

K-safety factor. K≥1, when the nominal voltage Vn≥1MV, K=2, when the nominal voltage is lower, the value of K can be higher.

Ct——The electric capacity of the tested product (PF)

ω——Angular frequency, ω=2πf, f——The frequency of the test power supply

The capacitance Ct of the equipment under test can be measured by an AC bridge. Ct varies greatly, depending on the type of equipment. Typical data are as follows:

Simple rod or suspension insulator, dozens of microfarads

Simple grading casing 100~1000pF

Voltage transformer 200~500pF

Power transformer＜1000kVA ~1000pF

＞1000kVA 1000~10000pF

High-voltage power cable and oil-impregnated paper insulation 250~300PF/m

Gas insulation ~60pF/m

For different test voltages Vn, choose different (appropriate) safety factors K. The K values selected for different Vn are listed below for reference

Vn=50~100KV K=4

Vn=150~300KV K=3
