2.High stability in voltage regulation, smooth voltage regulation in full range. Voltage regulation of output adopts import single multi-rings potentiometer with rough adjustment and fine adjustment. Accuracy of voltage adjusting is better 0.1%, accuracy of voltage and current measuring is less than 1.0%, and ripple factor is better than 0.5%.

1.For general test, the test object connection wire must be suspended.Reading the corona and stray current I’ when rising to test voltage ,than connect test object and rise test voltage ,reading total current I_1.

2. When it is necessary to measure the leakage current of test object accurately, The GL type microammeter should be series connected at the high voltage side.

The microammeter must equipped with metal shield and should be connected with the test object by a shielded wire.The shielding lead of the high voltage lead shall be closely connected with the shielding of the instrument end.

3. For zinc oxide and magnetic blow arrester(their grounding terminal can be separated), can adopt the test method of connecting in series of a current meter to the bottom of the test object.But shield lines must be used as the picture below.

4. After the test, return the voltage regulator to zero counterclockwise and turn off the power switch.

5.For small capacitance test object such as zinc oxide arrester, it can be discharged by measuring the voltage resistance inside the HV multivoltage tube.However, for large capacitance test object such as cables, the voltage of test products should be self-discharged to less than 20% of the test voltage.Discharge through the supporting discharge rod.After the test object is fully discharged and the ground wire is hung, the removal and replacement of the high-voltage lead are allowed

Turn off the power switch, the panel indicator light is not on.

Return the voltage regulator to zero.

After one minute,the standby low voltage capacitor will discharge fully,then it is allowed to turn on the power switch again. After the no-load test is carried out again and the situation is found out, the boost test can be carried out again. When the multivoltage tube is carried out without load, please tighten the crystal nut of multivoltage tube to prevent leakage.

1. In order to ensure personal safety, users should pay attention to the good grounding of the control box and multivoltage tube as well as the discharge of test object and multivoltage tube after shutdown.

2. Prevent foreign matter from entering the control box. If there is a fan in the control box, check whether the fan operates normally.

3. When the multivoltage tube is dirty, please wipe with a dry cloth, not with alcohol, gasoline and other organic solvents scrub.Cleaning detergent can be used to clean the surface of multivoltage tube, and it can be used after air drying. Please put it into the box when it is transported or not used.

4. When replacing the fuse, please replace the fuse according to the measured amperage.

5.Without permission, do not disassemble the control box and multivoltage tube, or it will affect the product warranty, The factory shall not be responsible for self-demolition.

6. Rain erosion should be avoided when transporting the instrument, and collision and fall should be strictly prevented.
