Product Details
I.Overview
The Micro Ohm Meter uses a digital tube display, which can test various resistances such as various wires, transformers, motors, switches, and relays. The measuring range of the instrument is 10uΩ-2.00kΩ. The instrument generates a high-precision constant current through the DUT for four-terminal measurement. The lead error is effectively deducted, and it is suitable for users to make high-precision measurement. Because of the use of DC testing, it is particularly suitable for copper resistance measurement of various transformers and inductances. This Micro Ohm Meter expands the functions of similar instruments, adopts no relay to switch the range, and has Short-circuit data protection function.
II.Features
1. Test value display: Five-digit display: maximum 19999 characters, LED
Sorting result display: display the result in the sorting instruction box;
You can use the 〖↑〗, 〖↓〗 keys to set the value of sorting file displayed by the count value + and -.
2. Measuring range: 1uΩ~200.00kΩ (divided into eight test ranges).
3. Over-range display: The sorting results of HIGH, PASS, and LOW lights are "Upper Over", "Qualified", and "Low Over".
4. Test speed: 10-15 times/sec.
5. Number of sorting files: 3 sorting.
8. Zero calibration: The instrument has been calibrated with zero base for each range. When the zero base changes due to various reasons, this function can be used to calibrate the instrument.
9. Range selection (Range):
1>. Automatic (Auto)
2>. Range In the setting mode, it is used as a function key to select the setting parameters, and the measurement range is changed during the sorting test.
In the sorting measurement, the instrument will not automatically select the range. At this time, the range can be changed by pressing the "range" key. Press the "Range" keyboard once to increase the range by one level. When in the 7th level, the range changes to the first level.
3>. Hold: The selection range is 1~5, and the corresponding range is 200mΩ~2kΩ (2511)
The selection range is 1~7, and the corresponding range is 200mΩ~200kΩ (2512)
The selection range is 1~8, and the corresponding range is 20mΩ~200kΩ (2512A)
(With signal output interface) The selection range is 1~9, and the corresponding range is 20mΩ~2MΩ (2512B)
III. Conditions of use
1. Power supply: Power supply voltage: AC 220V±10% Power supply frequency: 50Hz±5%
2. Ambient temperature and humidity:
Temperature: 20~26℃, humidity ≤75RH, meet the measurement accuracy requirements;
Temperature: 10~35℃, humidity ≤85RH, the instrument can be operated and measured.
Note: The actual test speed is also related to the measured value, sorting, zeroing, range, etc.
V. Issues that should be paid attention to during the test
1. Power-on warm-up: The instrument must be warmed up for more than 10 minutes before the test is turned on, so as to wait for the internal circuit electrical parameters of the instrument to stabilize before performing the test.
2. Zero point and clearing: When using two ranges of 20mΩ and 200mΩ, you should first clear them before testing, but generally do not need to be cleared in other ranges.
3. During the test, the user can select the range first, and then clamp the test clips to each other, so that the S+ end and the S- end are in direct contact, and the D+ end and the D- end are in direct contact, and keep good contact. If the instrument display is not zero Please press the clear key on the front panel, the clear ON indicator will light up and the instrument will be cleared.
4. Since the Micro Ohm Meter adopts the four-terminal measurement method, when clearing the zero, the user must make the S+ terminal of the instrument directly contact the S- terminal, and the D+ terminal and the D- terminal directly. Specifically: the two test clamps are made to directly contact the two metal sheets with the lead-out test line, and the two metal sheets without the lead-out test line are directly contacted. Otherwise, in the two ranges of 20mΩ and 200mΩ, the instrument will display a very unstable base due to the extremely high gain of the instrument.
5. The calibration parameters of all devices in the Micro Ohm Meter are stored in the AT28C16EEPTOM integrated circuit, so many integrated circuits and electronic components in the instrument should not be replaced randomly, otherwise it may not match the internal storage parameters of the AT28C16, resulting in incorrect measurement.
6.Micro Ohm Meter does not allow testing of live test pieces!
7. The machine crashes or data jumps or other unreasonable phenomena during the startup or use process. Reset: Turn off first, then turn on at the same time by holding down the setting button! Please do not turn the power on or off quickly when turning on or off.
