I、Overview
The core of the power transformer may be displaced due to external reasons during transportation. It is inevitable to suffer the impact of various fault short-circuit currents during operation. The strong electromotive force generated by the short-circuit current may cause permanent deformation such as partial distortion, bulging or displacement of the transformer windings, which will directly cause sudden damage accidents in severe cases. After the winding is locally deformed, even if it is not immediately damaged, it may still leave a serious hidden danger of failure. If a transformer that has undergone winding deformation continues to run, it may encounter overvoltage or short-circuit impact and malfunction, and some may even burn out during operation. Therefore, carrying out transformer winding deformation test is of great significance to the safe operation of transformers.
Transformer Winding Deformation Tester is developed by our company in response to on-site needs and based on similar products at home and abroad for reference in combination with the needs of our country's power system. It has the characteristics of multi-channel waveform display and concise and clear test data.

III、parameter settings :
1. Turn on the power switch of the instrument and the instrument enters the Windows system. Double-click "Transformer Winding Deformation Tester" on the desktop to enter the test interface.
2. Click the "Settings" button on the test interface to enter the parameter settings. After filling in the setting form, press "OK" and the instrument will automatically load the corresponding parameters.
3. After setting the parameters, select the corresponding windings (H—high voltage side, M—medium voltage side, L—low voltage side), excitation end (A, B, C, O), response end (A, B, C, O) ).
4. After selecting the winding, excitation end, and response end, select the test curve (Curve 1 is checked by default). After selecting the curve position, press the "Start" button to start the test. After the test is completed, the instrument prompts a save dialog box, click OK Then complete a test process. (Note: The saved file will be saved in sequence with the project unit, test location, and transformer model in the setting column as the folder name, and winding, excitation, response and test time as the file name.)
If you need to continue to test the next winding, you can check curve 2 to curve 9 in turn to test. All the checked curves will be displayed in different colors in the curve box at the same time, which is convenient for waveform comparison. After the test is completed, you can intuitively see the mean square error data of curves 1-3, 4-6, and 7-9 in the "Data Analysis" table, and there are winding states marked in different colors.
6. After all the tests are completed, you can click the "Report" button to generate a test report. Report style word format.
7. When closing the tester, exit the software first, turn off the PC, and finally turn off the power switch.
