I、Product description
The measurement of DC resistance is a must-test item in the manufacture of inductive coils such as transformers, instrument transformer, reactors, electromagnetic operating mechanisms, etc., for semi-finished products, finished products factory test, installation, handover test, and preventive tests in the power sector. It can effectively discover the selection of inductive coils, Welding, loose joints, missing stocks, wire breaks and other manufacturing defects and hidden dangers after operation. In order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of the DC resistance of inductive coils, our company has developed a transformer DC resistance test set. The 32-bit ARM core is used as the processing core to control the whole machine and automatically complete functions such as self-calibration, steady flow judgment, data processing, resistance value display, etc., and can measure the DC resistance of various types of transformers and transformers. The instrument can directly use the internal battery to work, which greatly facilitates the use of field workers. It is an ideal device for measuring the DC resistance of transformer windings and high-power inductance equipment.
II、Safety measures
1. Be sure to read this manual carefully before using the transformer DC resistance test set.
2. The operator of the transformer DC resistance test set should have common sense in the use of general electrical equipment or instruments.
3. The transformer DC resistance test set can be used both indoors and outdoors, but it should be used in places such as rain, corrosive gas, excessive dust, high temperature, and direct sunlight.
4. The meter should avoid severe vibration.
5. The maintenance, care and adjustment of the instrument should be carried out by professionals.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the power first, and then remove the test wire.
7. When measuring the no-load voltage-regulating transformer, be sure to switch the gear after the discharge indication stops.
8. During the test, it is forbidden to move the test clip and the power supply line.

V、Test and operation method
1. Take out the special test lead that comes with the machine. The red and black test pliers are respectively clamped to the two sampling ends of the tested product, and rub the contact points forcefully, and the other end of the test line is connected to the terminal of the instrument. . (Note that the red and black colors correspond, and the thick wire is connected to the current terminal, and the thin wire is connected to the voltage terminal)
2. Turn on the instrument and enter the main menu after self-checking.
1) Select current:Enter the current selection menu.
Press the“▲"、“▼"、“5"、“4" key to cycle to select the output current,When measuring various windings of the same voltage level of the same transformer, the same current should be selected for testing to avoid test errors.After selecting the output current, press the "OK" key to enter the test state; after the value is stable, press the "3" key to save, and press the "OK" key to print the current data.
Note: To test the inductive load, you must wait for the discharge of the instrument before removing the test line or proceeding to the next test.
After the measurement is over, press "Cancel" to return to the previous menu.
2) Parameter setting: select the parameter setting menu
Winding material: After selecting this item, press the "▲" and "▼" keys to select the winding material: copper-aluminum.
Winding temperature: refers to the current temperature of the winding. After selecting this item, press "▲", "▼" to input the winding temperature.
Conversion temperature: After selecting this item, the instrument will automatically convert the test data to the input temperature of this item.
Brightness adjustment: After selecting this option, press "▲", "▼" to adjust the screen brightness to meet the display needs in various environments.
3) Browsing record: select the browsing record menu.
Press the "▲" and "▼" keys to browse the records, and press the "OK" key to print the current data. "003" indicates the total number of data stored, and "001" indicates that the current data is the latest data. The time below indicates the test date and time at that time.
4) Adjust the clock: select this menu.
Press the "3", "4" keys to move the cursor to select the item to be adjusted, and press the "▲", "▼" keys to adjust the current time and date. After the modification is completed, if you need to save, press the "OK" key to exit, if you don't need to save, press "Cancel" to exit.
VI、Precautions
1 Before use, the ground terminal of the instrument must be well grounded.
2 During the test, if you encounter a sudden external power failure, please do not remove the test line immediately. You can only remove it after the instrument is discharged.
3 For the test of on-load tapping transformer, it can be completed with one power supply. The program design of the instrument allows the tap switch to be reversed to the next tap after the measurement of a tap is completed, and the instrument will enter the measurement of the next tap.
4 For no-load tapping transformers, after a tapping test is completed, you need to press the cancel or reset button to discharge the system. After the discharge is completed, the switch can be reversed and the next measurement can be performed.
5 The internal battery of the instrument should be charged and discharged every three months. To extend battery life.
6 When the test fails to work normally due to insufficient battery, the power should be turned off immediately and recharged.
