Product Details
I. Overview
Generator AC Impedance Mesurement Tester is a special instrument for judging whether the generator rotor winding has inter-turn short circuit. It can measure the voltage, current, impedance, power, phase angle and other parameters of the rotor winding automatically and manually (one-way or two-way). This instrument has the following functions and features:
◆ Measure the rotor AC impedance and characteristic curves of various synchronous generators and asynchronous motor windings under static conditions.
◆ Rotate the mouse for more convenient operation.
◆ Two modes of quick automatic measurement and arbitrary manual measurement can be selected.
◆ Large-screen Chinese menu interface, real-time display of test data and curves.
◆ Stored data, built-in micro-printer, real-time and fast printing of test data and characteristic curves.
◆ Automatically adjust the protection action value according to the test parameters to ensure the safety of the equipment.
◆ It can be used as the no-load and short-circuit test of single-phase transformer and the volt-ampere characteristic test of voltage (current) transformer and arc suppression coil.

III. Parameter setting
Enter the "Settings" column, and the setting range or content is as follows:
Maximum voltage-its set value is the default overvoltage protection action value; the maximum value of the voltage to be tested in the test must be less than this value, and the range is 0~600V.
Maximum current-the set value is the default overcurrent protection action value; the maximum value of the current to be tested in the test must be less than this value, and the range is 0~120A.
Voltage step-in the automatic collection of voltage data, the size of the voltage interval between each sampling point.
The voltage step size ranges from 5V to 50V, and the adjustment interval is 5V.
Entry mode-select the voltage step length to be automatically recorded according to the step value,
The selected voltage is a manual determination record;
Note: Each test instrument can sample up to 50 points. When the ratio of the maximum voltage to the voltage step is greater than 50, the instrument will judge that the parameter setting is invalid.
IV. Maintenance
1. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place at ordinary times to prevent damage to internal components due to moisture.
2. The instrument should be handled and placed carefully to avoid violent vibration and falling.
3. Under normal circumstances, it is not allowed to open the case and plug in and out the internal parts to avoid unnecessary losses.
4. This product has a one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance. If quality problems occur within one year, our company will be responsible for free repairs or replacements.
V. Precautions
1. Before using the instrument, read the product manual carefully and master the correct method of use.
2. Wire correctly during the test. Only after checking that the wiring is correct and the connection is reliable can the power be turned on.
3. Before boosting the voltage of the tested equipment, it must be checked that the voltage regulator is indeed at the zero position before it can be turned on to prevent the tested equipment and instruments from being impacted by high voltage and high current.
4. Operate correctly. The voltage regulator should increase the voltage evenly and slowly near the test point during the test to ensure the reliability of data collection.
5. Among the two wires of the test clamp, the thick wire is the current wire (I1, I2), and the thin wire is the voltage wire (U1, U2).
6. The voltage and current are both at 1.1 times the set value and the protection trips. If any one of the voltage and current reaches 1.1 times the protection value, it will trip.
7. If there is a protective action during the test, the test must be found out and the abnormality removed before continuing the test. Do not operate blindly to avoid unnecessary losses.
8. Non-professional maintenance personnel are strictly forbidden to open the case for repair or replacement to avoid electric shock or other accidents.
