I. Introduction


The TTR tester is an innovative product that overcomes the shortcomings of traditional variable-ratio bridge testing. The screen uses a large-screen high-resolution LCD display, and the power supply uses lithium batteries, which is convenient for on-site use.

The product is mainly used in the transformation ratio group test of transformers, and the transformation ratio polarity test of PT and CT. The test speed is fast and the accuracy is high.

III. Features of TTR tester

V. Charging the battery

Before using the instrument for the first time or after a long period of storage or when the battery is low, please charge the battery for at least 3 hours with the included charger, and you can continue to use the tester while charging. After the battery is fully charged, the charger indicator turns from red to solid green.


VI. Function Module

High-voltage test terminal: yellow, green, and red three-color terminal blocks, corresponding to the three phases of A, B, and C, respectively, and correspondingly connected to the side of the red test line with the elastic rod. The other end of the test line has the yellow, green, and red test clamps. Correspondingly connect to the three phases A, B, and C on the high-voltage side of the transformer under test; connect the yellow and green test wires for single-phase testing.

Low-voltage test terminal: yellow, green, and red three-color terminal blocks, corresponding to the three-phase a, b, and c respectively, and are connected to the side of the black test line with the elastic rod. The other end of the test line has three-color test clamps of yellow, green and red. Correspondingly connect to the three phases a, b, and c on the low-voltage side of the transformer under test; connect the yellow and green test wires for single-phase testing.

Display: 5.6-inch large industrial-grade high-brightness color LCD screen, displaying operating menus and test results.


VII. Operating Instructions


Single-phase transformer or single-phase PT test wiring

The yellow and green test clamps of the red test line at the high voltage test end are connected to the high voltage end of the tested product; the yellow and green test clamps of the black test line at the low voltage test end are connected to the low voltage end of the tested product.

Single-phase CT test wiring

The yellow and green test clamps of the red test line at the high-voltage test terminal are connected to the secondary side of the tested product; the yellow and green test clamps of the black test line at the low-voltage test terminal are connected to the primary side of the tested product.

Three-phase transformer test wiring

The yellow, green, and red test clamps of the red test line at the high-voltage test end are connected to the A, B, and C phases of the high-voltage end of the test product; the yellow, green, and red test clamps of the black test line at the low-voltage test end are connected to a, b of the low-voltage end of the test product , C-phase.

Smart power management

When the instrument is not in operation for a long time, the LCD backlight will be automatically dimmed to save power; the instrument has a low-battery charging prompt function and over-discharge protection; when the power of the instrument is low, it can be charged with a charger, and the instrument can be used normally during the charging process .

Printer instructions

The printer buttons and printer indicator lights are integrated. After the printer is powered on, the indicator light is always on when it is normal, and the indicator light flashes when there is no paper. Press the button once and the printer feeds paper.

Printer paper change: pull out the rotating wrench and open the paper compartment cover; load the printing paper and pull out a piece (exceeding a bit of the paper tearing teeth), the direction of the paper is the liquid side (smooth side) upwards; close the paper Compartment cover, print head paper feed shaft press the printing paper, press the print head paper feed shaft back to the print head with a little force, and push the rotating wrench in to reset.


VIII. Precautions


uFor transformers with multiple tap positions, input the rated high and low voltage voltage values, tap spacing, and rated gears so that the test results can automatically calculate the error value and the tap position where the tap switch is located.

uFor transformers with 19 levels of on-load tap changer, if the taps of 9, 10, and 11 are the same value, the instrument should input 9 when inputting the rated tap position. At this time, after the 12 tap position, the instrument displays that the tap position is higher than the actual tap position. The location is small 2.

uThe tap position of this instrument is set according to the high-voltage side voltage regulation design, assuming that 1 tap is the highest voltage gear. If the voltage is reversed or the tap switch is on the low-voltage side transformer, the tap position and actual tap position will be displayed Upside down.

uThe transformation ratio on the nameplate of a three-phase transformer refers to the ratio of the line voltages of windings with different voltages.
