Transformer Turn Ratio Tester is used to measure the voltage ratio of three or single phase power transformer. All the data and test results are showed on a large LCD. All the test results could be printed by the micro printer or saved on the storage of the tester. The tester has a good performance on auto protection and anti-disturb.

IV. Panel of the tester
Connection port
The total connection ports of the tester are 6. those ports are marked in A,B,C,a,b,c
The connection of those ports are as follow:
1) Three phase transformer test
A,B,C are connected to the HV side terminal A,B,C of transformer and a,b,c are connected to the LV side terminal a,b,c of transformer
2) Single phase transformer and PT test
A,B are connected to HV side terminal of single phase transformer/PT and a,b are connected to LV side terminal of single phase transformer/PT. C and c are connected to nothing.
3) CT test
A,B are connected to secondary of CT and a,b, are connected to primary of CT. C and c are connected to nothing.

It is the group vector for three phase transformer. But it would show the same polarity or reverse polarity for single phase transformer, PT and CT.

VI. Package
VII. Precautions
1. During the measurement, people should not touch the sample.
2. If the test line is short-circuited and the high and low voltage connections are reversed, the fuse will be blown. After the fuse is blown, if the measurement is performed, it will stop after displaying "Measuring, please wait!". Please turn off the machine, replace the insurance with the same capacity, and retest.
3. The connection should be protected and well contacted. The instrument should be well grounded!
4. The working place of the instrument should be far away from strong electric field, strong magnetic field and high frequency equipment. The smaller the power supply interference is, the better. The lighting line should be used. If the power supply interference is still large, it can be charged by the AC purification power line instrument. The capacity of the AC purification power supply is greater than 200VA.
5. When the instrument is working, if the LCD display is disordered, and there is no response when pressing all the buttons, or the measured value is far from the actual value, please press the reset button, or turn off the power, and then operate again.
6. If the display has no characters or the color is very light, please adjust the brightness potentiometer to the appropriate position.
7. When working in a dark place, you can turn on the backlight. In order to reduce the power consumption of the display, the backlight is not very bright.
8. The instrument should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.
