I. Introduction
HM5006s Tan Delta test set is one full automatic dielectric loss tester. It is a high-precision measuring instrument for testing the dielectric loss tangent value and capacitance of various high voltage power equipment in power plants, substations, etc. Instrument for integrated structure, built-in dielectric loss test bridge, variable frequency voltage regulation power supply, boost transformer and SF6 high stability standard capacitor. The test high voltage source is produced by the inverter inside the instrument and is used for the test after the transformer is raised. Frequency can be changed to 50 Hz、47.5Hz/52.5Hz、45Hz/55Hz、60Hz、57.5Hz/62.5Hz、55Hz/65Hz, using digital notch technology to avoid the interference of power frequency electric field to test, and fundamentally solve the problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference. At the same time, it is suitable for the detection of generator power supply after all power outages. The instrument is equipped with insulation oil cup and temperature control device to test insulation oil dielectric loss.
