The Sfra Test Equipment （transformer winding deformation tester） adopts the internal fault frequency response analysis (FRA) method based on the measurement of the characteristic parameters of the internal winding of the transformer, which can make accurate judgments on the internal fault of the transformer.

The Sfra Test Equipment is to quantify the response changes of the internal winding parameters of the transformer in different frequency domains, and determine the internal windings of the transformer according to the magnitude of the change, the amplitude of the frequency response change, the area and the trend of the frequency response change According to the measurement results, it can be judged whether the transformer has been severely damaged and whether it needs to be overhauled.

Our Sfra Test Equipment is composed of a notebook computer and a single-chip microcomputer with a high-precision measurement system.

Please do not start the winding deformation test before the measurement grounding of the transformer is connected correctly.

The terminal of the transformer under test should be fully discharged before the test.

The winding deformation test should be carried out under the premise of unfastening all the leads of the transformer (including overhead wires, enclosed bus bars and cables), and keep these leads as far away from the transformer bushing as possible (the surrounding grounding body and metal suspension should be more than 20cm away from the transformer bushing ), especially the transformer connected to the closed bus.
