Ⅰ. Overview
Insulation Oil Kinematic Viscosity Tester conforms to GB/T 265-1988 "Measuring and calculating method for kinematic viscosity of petroleum products", which is applicable to test the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (Newtonian liquids). It is used to measure the time when a certain volume of liquid flowing through a calibrated glass capillary viscosimeter under the gravity at a constant temperature. The product of capillary viscosimeter constant and flow time is the kinematic viscosity of liquid at that temperature. (The product of the kinematic viscosity at this temperature and the density of liquid at the same temperature is the dynamic viscosity of liquid at that temperature.)
Insulation Oil Kinematic Viscosity Tester adopts advanced fuzzy PID temperature control technology to accurately control the temperature with an accuracy of ±0.1 °C. 20 °C, 40 °C, 60 °C, 80 °C, 100 °C and other national standard temperature control points (The set temperature shall be higher than room temperature) can be set as ordinary use of constant temperature in water bath.
Insulation Oil Kinematic Viscosity Tester can simultaneously activate four glass capillary viscometers for kinematic viscosity measurement under the same constant temperature, and each viscosimeter can be measured four times as a set of test data. The instrument will automatically remove the timing result not meeting the tolerance according to the requirements of national standard method, and take the average of other timing values satisfying the tolerance, then calculate and obtain the kinematic viscosity value of the test. When it is unnecessary to obtain the test result (Often to roughly observe the approximate kinematic viscosity value of an unknown sample), the kinematic viscosity value can be calculated at one time, twice or three times at any time. In this case, the approximate kinematic viscosity value of test sample can be obtained in a short time. After that, when the number of times is four, the instrument will accurately obtain the value of final kinematic viscosity of tested sample according to the requirements of national standard method.
Insulation Oil Kinematic Viscosity Tester adopts high definition color touch screen technology, the contents in the interface are rich and clear, and the response of touch screen is fast and flexible. Besides, the panel mounted thermal printer is used, so the test result, sample No., test time, kinematic viscosity and other information can be printed automatically and fast after the completion of test.
