I. Overview
The partial discharge monitor is based on many years of experience in partial discharge detection by our company's technicians, which is suitable for online partial discharge detection and positioning of high-voltage equipment.
The system is equipped with composite TEV sensors, ultra-high frequency sensors, high-frequency current transformers and high-sensitivity ultrasonic sensors to collect partial discharge signals inside high-voltage equipment. The system uses multi-level detection and frequency reduction technology to reduce the frequency of the discharge signal. At the same time, it uses a high-speed AD conversion circuit to complete the digitization of the signal. It also uses digital signal processing, adaptive filtering and other interference signal processing methods to ensure the reliability of the detected data. By collecting different signals generated by internal partial discharges of different high-voltage equipment, the operating status of the equipment can be quickly charged. The instrument can be installed and tested in the operating state of the equipment, and has no impact on the normal operation of the equipment. It is convenient for the staff to evaluate the operating state of the switchgear in time, and greatly improves the reliability, safety and effectiveness of the equipment operation.

IV.Maintain
1. Daily maintenance
When storing or placing the main unit, do not expose the LCD display to direct sunlight for a long time.
Note: To avoid damaging the host or sensor, do not place it in mist, liquid or solvent.
2. Clean
According to the requirements of operating conditions, check the host and sensor frequently. Please clean the outer surface of the instrument according to the following steps:
1) Use a lint-free rag to remove the floating dust outside the host and sensor. Please be very careful to avoid scratching the clean filter material of the display.
2) Use a soft cloth dampened with water to clean the host. For more thorough cleaning, use 75% isopropanol in water.
Note: To avoid damaging the surface of the host or sensor, do not use any corrosive reagents or chemical cleaning reagents.
