The voltage transformer calibrator is a field test instrument designed by our company in order to reduce the workload of field electromagnetic voltage transformer verification. The instrument has the ability to verify the actual error of the voltage transformer under high voltage working conditions under low voltage conditions. Can cover 10kV/100V, 10kV/√3

In the design of the instrument, some new ideas were introduced and some new technologies were adopted. II. Main features


1) The instrument has a new dual-winding PT transformer test function, and there is no need for an external load box during the test.

2) The instrument has a self-boosting voltage transformer standard with multiple conversion ratios, and the accuracy level reaches 0.02. It can accurately verify the error of the power voltage transformer under the voltage of 1200V and 2400V.

3) The instrument uses simulation load technology when measuring electromagnetic voltage transformers. This technology can calculate the load error of the voltage transformer under the rated load and lower limit load. Therefore, the voltage can not be used when the electromagnetic voltage transformer is checked. Load box.

4) The accuracy level of the internal transformer calibrator part of the instrument is level 2.

5) The instrument has the function of automatic sampling of the procedure points, which makes it very convenient and quick for users to carry out the procedure measurement.
