Equipment appearance
Vacuum degassing tank, electric heater, supporting steel frames of condenser are in good order and the connection is firm and tight. There is no weld beading, burr or rust at the welding areas with spray plastics adopted on the surface and stainless steel bolt adopted for connecting. The surface shall be bright and clean.

Heating system
(1) Adequate heating power (60KW in total) is provided and far-infrared carbon fiber heating pipe is applied;
(2) Automatic constant temperature control device is equipped;
(3) Heating protection device is equipped;
(4) Conducting heating without oil is completely eliminated for heating system. Heating system, vacuum system and oil extraction system are interlocked. Heating system does not work until vacuum pump and oil pump are enabled, which prevents the damage to equipment due to over-high oil temperature;
(5) Section control is adopted to control the temperature to avoid the frequent working of contactor while oil temperature reaches the set value and extend the service life of electric appliance to the fullest extent;
(6) Optimized heating device design prevents poisonous gas efficiently generated during the oil filtering. A safe and reliable heating system is presented. Optimized pipeline design ensures no “dead oil area" while oil temperature can be adjusted ranging from 20℃ to 80℃ with constant temperature heating. Meanwhile, auto and manual heating methods are available for setting selection according to the weather.
(7) Indirect heating technique by radiation is adopted. Low thermal load of the surface ensures to avoid the part of oil is over-high during heating.

Oil transmission system
(1) Basic requirements: manual jigger, no jam, no oil tight at shaft seat, technical index in accordance with national standards;
(2) Botou pump in Hebei is used for oil pump;
(3) Such pump is sealed by the unique method with precision machining to ensure no oil leakage; oil ingress of the pump works normally even when the complete machine system is in ultimate vacuum to ensure the stable performance of the complete machine and improved the oil processing efficiency.

Vacuum separation system
(1) Japanese three-dimensional thin film evaporation technology is introduced and it is composed of atomizer, reactor, separation chamber, fuel tank, aspirating chamber, foam breaker, inspection window and level indicator;
(2) Atomizer: atomize the oil in the vacuum separation system and spray onto the reactor;
(3) Reactor: composed of several lassig circles, making the oil mist sprayed onto the reactor to oil slick, volatilizing the moisture and gas in oil to the fullest extent and improving dehydration and degassing efficiency greatly;
(4) Separation chamber: located between the reactor and fuel tank. Water, gas and oil is separated again while oil is working within the area;
(5) Fuel tank: gather the oil separated from the water and gas and discharge from the oil drain pump;
(6) Aspirating chamber: extract the water vapor and remaining gas after being separated from the reactor and separation chamber from the vacuum separation system. Preventing the moisture and gas dissolved again in the oil;
(7) Foam breaker: Korean AUTONICS infrared ray device is applied to remove the oil vacuole generated in the oil automatically in place of manual removal, realizing unattended operation;
(8) Inspection window: tempered glass is used for inspection glass to replace the organic glass which will be depressed and deformed under the condition of high temperature and high vacuum;
(9) Automatic level indicator control device (infrared ray and stainless steel electrokinetic transducers are adopted for double level controlling) is equipped to guarantee the automatic balance adjustment of the filling and discharging oil and the constant oil filter system working different on condition of men-machine;
(10) Duplex three-dimensional evaporation structure is applied to expand the evaporation area greatly, extend the evaporation duration of the purification oil in vacuum separation system and improve the efficiency of dehydration (free water and moisture) and degassing greatly.

Condensation system
(1) The unique technique of our company: heat exchange condensation technique;
(2) The condensation through optimized designing increases the heat radiating area to the fullest extent, condensing the moisture discharged from the vacuum separation system, preventing large quantities of water vapor from entering the vacuum pump directly, emulsifying the vacuum pump oil to spray and extend the service life of vacuum pump;
(3) Determine whether the moisture contained in the purified oil has completely removed or not.

Filtering system
(1) Multiple stages filtering is adopted: German HYDAC Technology GmbH is used for filter element. The filter fineness of primary filter which is made of stainless steel for filtering the iron impurities is 80μm. The filter fineness of the second stage filter, which is made of stainless steel wire and supports recycle use after being cleaned, is 20μm. The filter fineness of secondary filter, the filter element flux of which is 20 times of the rated flow, is 5μm. Even though most part is blocked, fluent oil filtering can be guaranteed.
(2) Overpressure alarming and shutdown device (measuring the pollution level of the filter element) is equipped to prevent damages of the filter wire due to overpressure, which reduces the cost, guarantees the safety of filter system and reminds the operator of cleaning the wire in the meantime.
(3) Pressure controller is applied for alarming element to guarantee the stability of performance of alarming and shutdown.

Controlling system
(1) Zhengjiang Chint Electronics products are used for electronic control elements. High-quality industrial elements guarantee the constant and normal working of the complete machine;
(2) Overpressure and shutdown device for outlet pressure is equipped and the technique index is in accordance with the national standards;
(3) Tool cabinet is provided in the electronic control cabinet for keeping tools and information;
(4) Oil pump and heater are interlocked to guarantee that the heating power is automatically off while the oil pump stops working due to accidents;
(5) Vacuum pump and heater are interlocked to guarantee that the heater cannot work until the oil enters the heater after the vacuum pump is enabled;
(6) Intelligent display temperature controller is adopted. Such controller, which is in high reliability, is available for minimum and maximum temperature settings to avoid constant enabling of the heater and extend the service life of electronic appliance;
(7) Overload protection and thermal relay protection is equipped;
(8) The control layout is easy for reading and operation. The buttons include main power switch, vacuum pump enabling and stopping, oil pump enabling and stopping, heating enabling and stopping with indicator light displaying;
(9) The machine is provided with phase sequence and default phase protection;
(10) The perfect interlocking installation guarantees the reliable operation of the complete machine for a long time;
(11) Standard trunking is applied for the wiring in the electronic control cabinet to guarantee the wiring neat while cable is adopted for the exterior line of the electronic control cabinet and iron plastic pipes are installed for protection.

Vacuum system
(1) Shanghai Shengang rotary-vane vacuum pump is adopted;
(2) Shanghai Cuiman products are adopted for roots pump;
(3) Cooling installation for pump outside is provided for:
A. Lowering the operation temperature of vacuum pump;
B. Extending the service life of vacuum pump.
(4) Non-return installation for the vacuum pump extracting opening is equipped to prevent pump oil loss due to inverse rising of vacuum pump oil during the working and shutdown of vacuum pump and to avoid that vacuum pump is damaged due to lack of oil and decrease the times of adding vacuum pump oil;
(5) No oil spraying occurs in the machine vacuum pump and no blocking or clamping occurs if the machine keeps working for a long time.
(1) Cone tower head of skid resistance is adopted for the oil filling and discharging interface and standard stainless steel interface is applied for the pipe interface;
(2) Stainless steel ball valve 304 is adopted for the oil circulation part;
(3) Stainless steel bolt is applied for the connection of the complete machine;
(4) Security installation is equipped for the oil filling and discharging pipes to prevent oil backflow due to accidental shutdown;
(5) Phosphatization is adopted for all the basic parts of the machine, the inner of which is painted anti-rust paintings to prevent rust;
(6) Trolley-type design is applied with swinging rings at the base, making it more convenient to assemble and unassembled;
(7) Quarter bend which is welded all sides is applied for the engine base to make the base firmer, which offers advantages over those who apply angle iron and box iron;
(8) Spraying plastics is adopted for the surface of the complete machine, which strengthens and hardens the surface and prevents scratches, hit or chalkiness of paintings;
(9) To be strictly speaking, there is no elements easy to be damaged for the machine. Therefore, no additional fees are required;
(10) The layout of the machine is reasonable and convenient for repairing through optimized design. Change is required only if repairing is conducted for the failure occurrence area and there is no need to disassemble Element B or C in order to repair Element A;
