V．Working condition requirements

The controller has three operating states: "Left Rotate", "Right Rotate", and "Press". These three operations using the controller can be conveniently used to move the cursor, enter data, and select items.

There are 7 options in the main menu: "Excitation", "Transformation Ratio Polarity", "AC Withstａnd Voltage", "One Pass Current", "Data Query", "Demagnetization", and "Return", which can be selected and set by the controller .

CT test

When performing current transformer excitation characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, primary current, AC withstａnd voltage, and demagnetization tests, please move the cursor to "CT" and select the corresponding test options.

CT excitation (volt-ampere) characteristic test

After pressing the "Excitation" key, you will enter the test interface.

parameter settings:

Excitation current: The setting range (0-20A) is the highest setting current output by the instrument. If the current reaches the setting value in the experiment, the current will stop automatically to avoid damage to the equipment. Usually the current setting value is greater than or equal to 1A, and the inflection point value can be tested.

Excitation voltage: the setting range (0-1000V) is the highest setting voltage output by the instrument, usually the voltage setting value is slightly larger than the inflection point voltage, so that the ratio of the curve display can be more coordinated, the voltage setting is too high, the curve is close to the Y axis, and the voltage setting is too high Low, the curve is close to the X axis. If the voltage reaches the set value during the experiment, the boost will be automatically stopped to avoid damage to the equipment.
