2.maintenance

The barrel part of the nail shooter must be wiped and maintained after each puncture, so as to avoid corrosion when it is not used for a long time and affect the next use.

During maintenance, separate the barrel and the barrel, and then separate the front barrel and the rear barrel, carefully clean with a special brush to remove particles formed by gunpowder, and then apply lubricating oil (ordinary lubricating oil) to prevent the parts from being gassed by gunpowder Affect the rust, affect the use and life.

1.The air piercing is mainly for verifying that the device is working properly, and it must not be connected to the barrel. This step can be verified before the nail gun is fixed, and at the same time, you should be familiar with the operation of the controller. If both nail guns are to be used, you should perform an empty piercing.

2. Operation steps

A. Separate the barrel from the magazine and the barrel without nailing bullets, and connect the barrel with the control box.

B. If you choose to enter the timing mode, the countdown will start, and the puncture will perform an empty puncture after 10s. If you hear the spring action in the bore, and the display shows "Operation is complete, please make sure that the cable is disconnected before disassembling the device" (there is also a voice prompt ) To prove that the device is normal. If there is no action, you should check carefully to ensure that the device is normal before you can load the bullets and pierce the cables with steel nails.

C. If you choose to enter the remote control mode, please stay away from the scene with the voice prompt, and one person will operate the remote control and press two keys at the same time to carry out the air piercing experiment. Disassemble the device after electrification" (with voice prompt at the same time), it proves that the device is normal. If there is no action, it should be carefully checked to ensure that the device is normal before it can be loaded with steel nails and pierced on the cable.

1. Installation of nail shooter:

Clamp the pre-bundled position of the pre-bundled cable tightly with the cable-clamping device. In addition, the first gun and the second gun should be installed at a deflection of 30-40 degrees to ensure the reliability of the piercing.

Use a through needle to insert the nail from the front end of the front barrel and press it until it comes into contact with the piston rod. Then install the incident nail bullet, and then install the nail gun.

Note: The nail gun can be installed at any angle on site, but the muzzle must be aligned with the pre-wired cable, and there must be no other cables on the other side of the muzzle, so as not to pierce other cables at the same time and cause accidents.

2. Grounding wire:

When piercing the cable, connect one end of the ground wire to the screw of the cable device, and the other end of the grounding solder or system ground.

3. Connect the nail gun to the controller:

Use the control cable to connect the nail gun to the controller. The installation of the two nail guns is the same. The left side of the controller is the first output, and the right is the second output. If only single-point piercing is performed, the nail gun Should be connected to the second output port.

4. Controller operation

A. Turn on the power switch and follow the prompt steps.

B. Please pull out the "bolt", and then press the "confirm" button to confirm that the bolt has been pulled out.

C. Select the puncture mode of the puncture device: timing mode or remote control mode.

Press the "Select" button, the screen will switch between timing mode and remote control mode; in the required mode, press the "OK" button to enter the selected mode, press the select button to exit, and you can re-select the mode.

D. Puncture

The operator is far away from the device ≥ 1 meter

If you choose to enter the timing mode, perform the first puncture after 10S, and then perform the second puncture after another 10S.

If the display prompts "Operation is complete, please make sure that the cable is disconnected before disassembling the device", please wait for a period of time (above 10S) before disassembling the device. (Please use an electroscope corresponding to the power supply level of the cable, and remove the device after confirming that the nail shooter is not live.)

If you choose to enter the remote control mode, please stay away from the scene after the voice prompt, and press the two buttons of the remote control at the same time (to ensure reliable reception, the transmitting antenna of the remote control must be fully extended).

If the two nail bullets explode and the nails are fired, the piercing is successful; the display prompts "Operation is complete, please make sure that the cable is disconnected before disassembling the device", please wait for a period of time (10S or more) before disassembling the device. (Please use an electroscope corresponding to the power supply level of the cable, and remove the device after confirming that the nail shooter is not live.)

When piercing, a cable must be pierced in 2 to 3 directions.

If any operation fails, please contact the manufacturer in time and do not disassemble the control box privately.

After each piercing is completed, the electroscope of the voltage level corresponding to the power supply cable should be used to confirm that the pierced cable and the equipment are not charged before it can be removed or the next piercing can be performed. A cable must be pierced in 2 to 3 directions. After completion, remove the device and finally remove the grounding wire.

After the puncture is completed, use the equipped through needle to push the piston rod in the barrel into the bottom of the barrel again, and then wipe and maintain the device.

It is strictly forbidden to empty the gun without clamping the cable after loading the bullet, otherwise the bolt will be stuck;

When the cable is clamped, the left and right railings should be tightened evenly and equidistantly, and the gun hole should be aligned with the center of the U-shaped bottom plate hole, otherwise the nails will be biased on the bottom plate;

It is best to find out the position of each phase of the cable by hand, and then select the muzzle to be clamped directly above (the highest point) of a certain phase of the cable

Be sure to connect the ground wire to the nail shooter;

Generally, the cable should be pierced in three different positions, and each point should be 30 degrees apart; when using double-gun piercing, the fixed position of the two guns should be deflected by 30 degrees---40 degrees;

After each puncture is completed, confirm that the puncture device is not live before removing the device;

The puncture can be confirmed by measuring whether the short circuit between phases or between phases and ground is caused by puncturing at the end of the cable;
