●It is strictly forbidden for this meter to touch the test wire during testing, otherwise it may cause electric shock.

●Before use, make sure that the meter and accessories are in good condition, and that the insulation layer of the meter and test line is not damaged, exposed, or disconnected before it can be used. Please stop using it when the case or test wire is broken and the metal is exposed.
● After the instrument measures the high-capacity sample, the sample must be discharged again in accordance with the relevant high-voltage operating regulations.
● During the measurement, the test line is fixedly connected with the test product. The instrument will not be damaged by the reverse discharge of the test product to the instrument, nor will it affect the measurement accuracy of the absorption ratio and polarization index. The high voltage establishment time of the instrument does not exceed 30ms.
● When the measurement voltage is above 2500V and the insulation resistance of the tested product is less than 5 MΩ, the instrument will automatically stop measuring 20 seconds after starting the measurement, because the power consumption is large when measuring small insulation resistance, so as not to consume battery power too quickly.
●During the measurement process, it is strictly forbidden to touch the bare conductor and the circuit being measured.
●Please confirm the position of the "Start/Stop" function button before measuring.
●Confirm that the connecting plug of the wire has been tightly inserted into the interface of the instrument.
●Do not charge when the voltage fluctuates or directly use an external power supply for testing, otherwise the meter may be damaged.
●Do not measure in flammable places, sparks may cause explosion.
●Do not place or store the meter for a long time in a place with high temperature, humidity, condensation, or under direct sunlight.
●If the instrument is wet, please dry it before storing.
●When charging the battery, please make sure that the test lead has been moved away from the meter and the power switch is in the off position.
●If you do not use the meter for a long time, please charge the battery every 2 months.
●Pay attention to the measurement range and use environment specified by this instrument.
●The use, disassembly, calibration and maintenance of this instrument must be operated by authorized personnel.
●Due to the reasons of this instrument, if it is dangerous to continue to use it, it should be stopped immediately, sealed up immediately, and handled by an authorized organization.
