I. Product introduction

With the development of my country's power industry, the voltage level of the power grid is getting higher and higher, and it has now reached a voltage level of 1000KV.

Electric power generation, power transmission and transformation, power supply and power equipment manufacturers have higher and higher requirements for the voltage level of test equipment, and the requirements for the capacity of test equipment are also increasing. Therefore, our company developed a high-voltage and large-capacity HMGTU Integration gas type partial discharge test setcombined electrical test device according to the actual needs of the market.

HMGTU Integration gas type partial discharge test setcombined electrical test device is suitable for high-voltage, large-capacity GIS, GIL power equipment insulation withstand voltage test, partial discharge test and accuracy test of GIS transformers. It is a necessary device for GIS substations, GIS, GIL power equipment manufacturers, basin insulators, and insulation structural parts manufacturers to conduct preventive tests and factory tests.

Adding a high-voltage casing interface to the equipment can lead to high-voltage, which can perform various high-voltage tests on traditional high-voltage equipment.

IV. product advantages


1. The high voltage is fully sealed in a shielded space, and the test is safe and reliable

The device integrates the components required for high-voltage tests such as high-voltage boost, high-voltage measurement, high-voltage coupling capacitors, and high-voltage transformer standards in a fully sealed space; the parts that can be touched by the external human body are all ground potential, so there is no human body Encountered the danger of high voltage, this high voltage test equipment is also the safest kind of high voltage test equipment.

There are two ways to generate high voltage: one is to use the inductance of the reactor and the capacitance of the tested product to achieve voltage resonance, and obtain high voltage and large current on the tested product. The second is to use a high-voltage transformer to directly generate the required high voltage.

No matter which method is used, the high pressure generated is sealed in a container with good sealing and shielding.

4. Built-in high-voltage isolation switch to realize multiple functions in one machine

The built-in high-voltage isolating switch can separate multiple test product interfaces to isolate different types of test product interfaces (SF6 high-voltage bushings), realizing one machine with multiple functions.

5. Easy to connect, connect directly with the tested product, the test is more convenient

The universal docking platform makes the connection of the test equipment and the GIS sample handy; the three-phase switch makes the test of the three-phase common box system convenient.

6. Rugged and durable structure that can withstand long-distance transportation

For the on-site test system, we install the voltage regulator, compensation reactor, power isolation transformer and operation control system in a small frame. This highly integrated structure has the advantages of convenient transportation and easy connection.

7. Reduced system power capacity requirements

The sealed high-voltage test transformer is a conventional transformer, and the required high-voltage voltage is obtained by changing the primary voltage of the test transformer through a voltage regulator. The compensating reactor is connected to the primary of the test transformer to compensate the capacitive current of the test product. Therefore, the equipment's requirements for system power capacity are greatly reduced.
