1.Necessity of SF6 density relay calibration
SF6 switch is a high-voltage electrical appliance widely used in power systems. The reliable operation of the SF6 switch has become one of the most concerned issues of the power supply department. The SF6 density relay is an important component used to monitor the change of the SF6 gas density inside the SF6 switch during operation, and its performance directly affects the operational safety of the SF6 switch. 2.Basic principle of SF6 density relay calibration
The gas pressure in a closed container changes with the temperature. In order to facilitate statistics and comparison, the relative pressure value of the SF6 gas under the standard condition of 20℃ is usually taken as the standard value. During the on-site inspection, the measured SF6 pressure value must be converted to its equivalent pressure value corresponding to the 20℃ standard condition, so as to judge the performance of the density relay.
3.The calibration process of SF6 density relay is as follows:
At ambient temperature, when the internal pressure of the SF6 density relay is zero pressure, the SF6 density relay is slowly inflated and boosted at a certain speed. When the blocking relay of the SF6 density relay is activated, the pressure value under the current ambient temperature is recorded and converted The equivalent pressure value at 20°C is the equivalent pressure value at 20°C, which is the latching recovery value of the SF6 density relay. Continue to inflate the SF6 density relay slowly at a certain speed and increase the pressure. When the alarm relay of the density relay is activated, record the pressure value at the current ambient temperature and convert it to the equivalent pressure value at 20°C. The equivalent pressure value is the alarm response value of the SF6 density relay.
At ambient temperature, when the pressure in the SF6 density relay is greater than the alarm response value, slowly vent and reduce the pressure at a certain speed. When the alarm relay of the SF6 density relay is activated, record the pressure value at the current ambient temperature and convert it to 20 The equivalent pressure value at ℃, the equivalent pressure value at 20℃ is the alarm value of the SF6 density relay.
