The inductive voltage test of power transformer and PT is an important test to ensure the quality of products in accordance with national standards. The longitudinal insulation induction voltage test of transformer winding is an important item in transformer insulation test. The longitudinal insulation test needs to pass through the frequency doubling power supply device, apply the test voltage, carry on the voltage test.
Warning Notice:
The induction voltage test device has 1~20 V voltage itself . After the non-zero voltage output test, please cut off the air switch of the equipment in time to ensure the safety of the test personnel.

Operation Step.
1.The power supply and control of the device are integrated in design, that is, electronic multi-frequency test control box. With over-current and over-voltage protection.

Main interface has 4 function menus,it includes “parameter set",“ File interface",“automatic operation interface"and “manual operation interface".
2.Parameter Set
Under the main interface, click the “Parameter set",it will appear the Parameter Set interface,as the image below
Functions Introduce as below:
2.1 Testing parameter:
A.Test voltage :
it is one output voltage you want to inject into the testing object. The max test voltage of the the device is the voltage value marked on the nameplate of the equipment model. Setting up the test voltage ,it shall not exceed the voltage value marked on the device model nameplate , otherwise it will reduce equipment measuring accuracy or damage the device directly. After setting well, click “Enter".
B.withstanding time: the required withstanding time, after setting well, click“Enter"
C.Testing voltage ratio:when connecting with step-up transformer,
pls set the voltage ratio, like 400V/2000--1:5.00. The device will display the step-up transformer secondary output voltage directly, it is no need to calculate the step-up transformer secondary output voltage again! After setting well, click“Enter" as the figure 6.
Remark: if there is no need to connect the step-up transformer, directly set the testing voltage ratio as 1:1.00
D.Frequency set:Set the power frequency to be tested, frequency
range is 0~200Hz,
2.2 Protection parameter
A.Over-voltage protection: Set the limit voltage value to be protected, beyond this limit, the device automatically turn off the output;after setting well, click “Enter"
B.Over-current protection: Set the limit current value to be protected, beyond this limit, the device automatically shut off the output. After setting well, click “Enter"
