I. Introduction
SF6 gas, as an insulating gas, has non-toxic, non-flammable, and good insulation characteristics. its insulation strength is much higher than that of traditional insulating gas, and it has good arc extinguishing, therefore,it is widely used in SF6 electrical appliances. Because the SF6 gas is expensive, and under the action of arc, electric spark and corona discharge, it will decompose and produce toxic components. Therefore SF6 the application of electrical equipment needs to recover the SF6 gas. This device is a special equipment for the recovery and filling of SF6 gas in the manufacture and maintenance of electrical equipment.

III.Working principles and structural features
The HMLH-7Y type SF6 gas recovery and discharge device has the comprehensive functions of recovery, charge and discharge, purification, vacuum pumping, storage, bottle filling and so on. The system is relatively complete, see Appendix I system diagram. The series or switching of each function is accomplished mainly by operating the electronic control box and ball valve on one side of the panel.
The basic working principle of the recovery device is the freezing liquefaction method. When recovering, the SF6 gas in the electrical equipment is inhaled into the compressor by using the suction and compressibility of the compressor and compressed to a higher pressure. The high temperature SF6 gas is cooled to the condensation temperature for liquefaction and storage by using the low evaporation temperature characteristics of R22 refrigerant. Continuous suction to SF6 compressor series operation until the final recovery pressure.
When filling and discharging, the vacuum pump of the device is first used to vacuum the SF6 electrical equipment (or cylinder) and the connecting pipe. Then directly use the pressure difference or the suction of the compressor and cause a certain pressure difference to fill the SF6 in the storage container into the SF6 electrical equipment until the required working pressure is reached. The liquefied SF6 is poured directly into the cylinder, taking into account the characteristics of the R22 refrigerant as described earlier when filling the cylinder.
The purification function is accomplished simultaneously when the above recovery and charging functions are completed。
3 oil separators are installed in the system, one at the outlet of the vacuum pump and two at the outlet of the compressor, respectively, to effectively remove the oil from the SF6 gas。
A drying filter is provided in the system loop to ensure the purity of the SF6 entering the storage container and to effectively remove moisture. The filter is equipped with a heating regeneration device, which can be heated and regenerated under vacuum, and the molecular sieve can be used repeatedly。
A reliable safety protection device is provided in the system, and the high pressure controller is installed at the exhaust port of the SF6 compressor. Once the exhaust pressure exceeds the limit value, it will automatically stop the compressor and restart the compressor after the pressure drops; The safety valve is installed on the storage vessel.
There are also seven monitoring instruments and control instruments in the system, one of which is installed in the recovery air inlet of the device and the DN8 valve is installed in front of the vacuum gauge and can be opened when observation is required; five pressure gauges are installed on the recovery air inlet, the SF6 compressor exhaust port, the refrigeration compressor suction exhaust port and the storage container respectively; and a thermometer is installed on the refrigeration system to SF6 the liquid temperature using the temperature package induction.
The inlet of the vacuum pump in the system is equipped with an electromagnetic vacuum belt inflatable valve and is connected to the vacuum pump on the same power supply. When the pump stops working, the valve can automatically close the vacuum system and fill the atmosphere into the pump chamber through the inlet of the pump, thus avoiding the reverse flow of pump oil to pollute the vacuum system.
The refrigeration system in the system is set by the high and low pressure controller. Once beyond the limit, the work of the compressor will be cut off by itself. When the pressure rises or the high pressure is disconnected, the compressor will be restarted after the pressure falls back.
Overall structure, the device is manual, can be used under normal indoor and outdoor conditions. A complex system consists of vacuum pumps, SF6 compressors, refrigeration systems, storage containers, pipes, valves, instruments and other accessories.
The electronic control box, operating valve and monitoring instrument are all concentrated on one side panel and have flow indication, so it is convenient and clear to use.
