2. The probe needle valve of the instrument has been adjusted before leaving the factory, generally do not adjust. Due to improper use or some reasons, the needle valve position changes, the needle valve should be re-adjusted until the amount of air intake is appropriate. The output voltage and signal output value of the three adjustable potentiometers inside the probe have been adjusted before leaving the factory. Generally, no adjustment is required. If adjustment is required, please refer to the technical parameters of the instrument for adjustment, otherwise the internal components of the instrument will be burned out. Device. Every time the instrument adjusts the internal potentiometer, the instrument must be re-calibrated, otherwise the measurement data will be inaccurate.

3. Due to long-term use, the aging of the "O"-shaped rubber gasket at the needle valve connection port will cause air leakage at the connection to affect the vacuum degree, and it should be replaced immediately.

4.The instrument must not be turned upside down or vibrated violently to prevent the probe and the adjustable components in the machine from leaving the position and affecting the performance of the instrument.
