HM6020A surge arrester test set is a special instrument used for on-site and laboratory testing of various electrical parameters of arresters. It is widely used for on-site online monitoring (live test) and laboratory (power outage maintenance) testing of zinc oxide arresters.
This instrument adopts advanced microcomputer for sampling and control. It can measure the full current, third harmonic, resistive current, resistive current peak value, capacitive current, active power, etc. of the zinc oxide arrester under power frequency voltage. And display the voltage and current waveforms and print out test data. The large-screen LCD display and the English character menu prompt operation, makinge the man-machine exchange function stronger, while providing on-site waveform display.

1. This machine adopts 800×480 dot matrix 65K true color large-screen LCD, full English menu operation, easy to use, and the displayed data is clear and easy to read.
2. High-precision sampling and processing circuit, advanced Fourier harmonic analysis technology, more accurate test data.
3. The instrument uses a unique high-precision sensor to directly collect the input voltage and current signals.
4. It has a harmonic content test function, which can be single-phase measurement or three-phase measurement.

Matters needing attention
1. Comply with safe working regulations for high voltage test. Wire and operate according to the instructions.
2. The instrument should be grounded reliably before starting.
3. Turn on the machine first, then connect the signal line, this sequence is irreversible.
4. When connecting the voltage signal test line, you should be extra careful to avoid short-circuiting the PT due to improper operation.
5. During the test, it is not allowed to remove the ground wire and test wire.
6. The instrument can only be used for low voltage and small current testing, and all leads must be kept away from high voltage.
7. When storing the instrument, turn off the power switch. If you forget to turn off the power, the battery may be damaged.
8. If the instrument is not used for a long time, it should be recharged every 3 to 4 months to extend the battery life.
9. If the instrument fails, it will not damage the tested product. Do not repair and disassemble by yourself
