The ct pt test set is equipped with power input jack (with 2A fuse) and cooling fans on the side plate. The power jack can stand AC380V and AC220V input voltage. The equipment will make self-adaptation according the input power.
Common fault handling
1. Why do volt ampere characteristics test, the voltage rise less than 1000V, only more than 600V, with prompt "regulator reach the maximum value, returning"?
Answer: this instrument is AC220V or AC380V adaptive power supply. When the AC220V voltage is connected, the output of the AC voltage is 0~600V, and the output of the AC voltage is 0~1000V when the voltage of the AC380V is connected.
2. Why do CT ratio test, current up to 400A, the voltage boosting is slow and the instrument there with abnormal sound?
Answer: for CT ratio test if the current need to rise to more than 400A, AC380V voltage is needed, otherwise it will appear afore-mentioned phenomena, serious can burn instrument.
3. When does CT ratio test, why primary side with current, secondary side no current?
Answer: In ratio test, if primary side with current and the secondary side without current, use multi meter to test the CT ratio secondary side, if secondary side is circuit connected: ①Please check if the CT secondary side is open circuit. ②Please check the phase of secondary side is same with primary side.
4. Why printer without display
Answer: this may be paper backward, take out the printing paper and install another side. The red indicator of the micro printer light on indicates that the printing paper is out of the need to replace.
5. How to get the voltage value related to any point current?
Answer: this function needs the support of the host computer. First use the instrument measure volt ampere characteristic curve, and the use of U disk functions data load to "transformer multifunctional automatic test software", choose one CT volt ampere characteristics test data, at " data volt ampere curve any point computing" function box, input your wanted to view the current value and click calculate voltage value, to calculate the current value corresponds voltage value.
