How to use the high current generator
1. In the process of use, according to the requirements, connect the current booster and the tested product, and then connect the power supply.
2. The operator can choose the position of the current transfer switch according to the current required by the tested product. Since the current transformer is not allowed to open, the transfer switch can be intelligently adjusted to the large or small position and cannot be adjusted to the middle position.
3. Turn on the power, the green light is on, press the pneumatic button, the green light is off and the red light is on, turn the regulator handle clockwise to adjust the current to the required value.
4. The operator speaks the regulator handle counterclockwise, adjusts it to zero, then presses the stop button, the red light is off and the green light is on, the test is over.
The above are the methods used by the high current generator. After we understand the use of the instrument, we need to clarify the precautions of the operation process:
1. There should be no less than two test personnel, one person performs the operation, and one person supervises the operation to ensure the safety of the process.
2. The shell of the device must be grounded, so don't ignore personal safety issues because of low voltage. The instrument must have a good grounding, and the operating table must be close to the ground when the current generating transformer is used to ensure safety.
3. The lead from the instrument to the tested product should not be too long, the cross-sectional area should be sufficient, and the contact area should be cleaned, otherwise the connector will heat up, or the current will not rise to the set value.
4. When working together normally, first check that the power supply has sufficient capacity, otherwise the power cord heating and voltage drop will affect the normal work.
