Oil Acid Value Tester

Transformer and steam turbine oil acid value testing is a routine test item for power system and oil-filled electrical equipment in industrial and mining enterprises.

This Oil Acid Value Tester is a special equipment developed by our company for the determination of the oleic acid value for the above mentioned oil products. Oil Acid Value Tester takes a single chip microcomputer as the core and integrates the optical, mechanical, electrical, chemical and other multidisciplinary technologies. Basically completely replaced manual operation, improves the working efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of operators, and minimizes the harm of organic solvent and other chemicals to human body.

1.Oil Acid Value Tester adopts the principle of neutralization method. , the microcomputer control automatic finish adding liquid, stirring, titration and end point judgment in a normal temperature .

2.With LCD touch-screen, The man-machine dialogue interface is simple and friendly, easy to operate, and the average analysis cycle of oil samples is about 2 minutes.

3.Possible to display 35 groups test result, and several parameters related to the measurement can be printed out.

4.Special reagent bottles are used to contain the extraction solution and neutralization solution.The extracted liquid is stored in glass container to avoid plastic additive pollutant. The neutralization solution is stored in polyethylene plastic bottles to completely avoid the possibility of caustic potash reaction with glass.

5.No need to touch the organic solvent with hands,reduces the harm of chemicals to human body.
