This oil dissipation factor tester is used to measure dielectric loss factor and DC Resistivity of liquid insulating medium,such as insulating oil .These tests give a wider picture of the overall quality of the insulating oil, and will indicate if there is any contamination.

The Dissipation Factor Tester adopts full digital technology and all of the intelligent automatic measurement, equipped with large color LCD display. The test results can be automatically stored and printed output. Even the operator without professional training will be able to use it proficiently.

Main components such as oil cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high resistance meter, DC high voltage source are integrated inside.

1. Oil cup is in 3-electrode structure, space between electrode is 2mm,can avoid effects from stray capacitance and leakage on dielectric loss test results.

2.Oil cup not in contact with heater while in heating, with advantage of regular heating, fast speed and convenient to control .

3.Built-in Sf6 inflatable 3-electrode capacitance, and the dielectric loss and capacitance of this capacitor are not affected by ambient temperature, humidity, etc. It can ensure the accuracy of keep stable even after long-time use .

4.Available to avoid influence from voltage and frequency fluctuation on the accuracy of dielectric loss test through AC-DC-AC power switch .

5.The Dissipation Factor Tester has perfect protection function, such as over current, over voltage high voltage short circuit protection , etc .
