Water-cooled Generator Insulation Tester

Check the insulation performance of electrical equipment, measuring insulation resistance is the simplest and fastest basic method. Our company investigated the insulation resistance measurement requirements of various internal water-cooled generators , then designed and produced the HM-2020-5kV water-cooled generator insulation resistance tester.

The measuring principle of this instrument is novel, including high-precision micro-current measuring system,digital boosting system.Simple operation, only need to use a high-voltage wire and a signal wire to connect the object for measurement. It has good working performance, large output current and strong anti-interference ability, which can meet the test requirements of the current generator factory. It is suitable for measuring the insulation resistance, absorption ratio (R60S/R15S) and polarization index (R10min/R1min) of the internal water cooling generator.

1.Using 32-bit micro-controller, English interface, easy to operate.

2.High Output current,When the voltage class is 2500V, the output current is greater than 25mA, short-circuit currents greater than 25mA.

3.The high voltage generating module adopts fully enclosed technology with internal protection resistance, which is safe and reliable.

4.Test to complete automatic discharge and real-time monitoring discharge process

5.Automatic compensation and adjustment to water polarization potential. even if the resistance between the base and the water collection pipe is as small as 10kΩ ,it also can ensure measurement accuracy.

6.The output power is large, the load resistance( between the line and the water collection pipe) can be as low as 100kΩ(2500V)/150kΩ(5000V). The insulation resistance measurement can be as low as 1MΩ(2500V)/2MΩ(5000V)

7.The insulation resistance value is indicated by the simulation progress bar, which can visually observe the test process of the capacitive sample without delay. Logarithmic scale, small fluctuation of displayed value, convenient reading.

8.Digital display using 3 1/2 LCD digital meter.

9.The LCD timer displays test time,.The alarm every 15 seconds.

10.It can automatically measure and save R15S, R60S, R10min, absorption ratio and polarization index,these data can be for review and reading when the test is completed.
