HM3001 ideal ground Grid Resistance Tester is a high accuracy testing device which is design for test earth resistance and related parameters in various occasions. The ideal ground resistance tester is an integral structure, built-in frequency conversion power module, the frequency of output power supply is continuous variable.

A lot of field tests case and User feedback show that, when earth grid tests are carried out in the harsh electromagnetic environment of the substation by our instrument, the measurement data are accurate, stable and good in repeat ability, it is a ideal ground resistance tester.

1.Full touch LCD screen

2.Variable frequency technology, precise measurement

Good anti-interference ability. The internal variable frequency power supply module of the tester provides measurement output power supply, the frequency can be changed to 45Hz or 55Hz, adopting digital filtering technology, thus effectively avoiding various power frequency interference signals in field and which made the tester to realize high precision,precise and reliable measurement.

3.DSP high speed processor

The processing core of tester is a professional DSP fast digital signal processor , Precise and fast. Greatly improves the operation and processing ability of the tester itself on the premise of ensuring precise measurement data.

4.Overall Process Intelligent measurement & control

the Ideal Ground Resistance Tester is equipped with a high-powered processing core, and it can complete a series of complex computational steps such as current output, voltage collection and frequency conversion in the whole measurement process quickly and automatically.

Automatically judge the impedance of the current loop and adjust the output current value of the different frequency power supply (max output current is 5A) according to the impedance. The test can be completed automatically without human intervention. Test contents of the tester including grounding impedance z, pure resistance component r and pure inductance component x of the grounding grid.

5.Large capacity data storage

Equipped with a calendar chip and a large-capacity memory, the tester can store test value in chronological order, check historical records at all time and print.

6.Computer Data Processing

Field measurement shows that even if traditional anti-interference measures such as phase inversion method are adopted, the measurement results are unstable and the measurement error is still relatively large (sometimes far beyond the allowable range) under the electromagnetic environment conditions of the operating substation, thus the reliability of the test results is greatly reduced, resulting in the ground network evaluation conclusion unable to reflect the real situation of the ground network. The main reason is that the frequency of the test current is the same as that of the external power frequency interference, and the external power frequency interference signals with the same frequency are difficult to eliminate. Secondly, the influence of harmonic, high frequency and DC components in the interference signal cannot be ignored.

Due to its unique anti-interference technology, the Ideal ground resistance tester effectively solves the key technical problems of grounding network testing. It uses different frequency test currents (frequencies 45Hz and 55Hz) close to power frequency for testing, and uses high-end digital signal processing and filtering technologies to effectively eliminate external interference signals (including power frequency, harmonic, high frequency and DC components, etc.), thus greatly improving the testing accuracy of grounding grid. Field application and laboratory examination results show that the instrument can still obtain accurate measurement results even when the interference voltage of the voltage pole measuring lead reaches 10V and the interference current of the current pole loop reaches 1A.

Ideal Ground Resistance Tester fundamentally abandons many shortcomings and inconveniences of the traditional "power frequency current method" (it is difficult to eliminate the error of power frequency interference, the test equipment is heavy, the test current is too large, which may affect the normal operation of relay protection devices, etc.). A large number of field application results show that the instrument is scientific and reasonable in structural design, high in measurement accuracy, stable in performance, complete in functions and convenient to use. It embodies the latest research results of grounding grid testing technology and is an ideal device for measuring grounding resistance of grounding grid. It can be widely applied to grounding grid testing in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, telecommunication, military industry, railway, airport and industrial and mining enterprises.
