The air conditioner temperature sensor is mainly used in the air conditioner evaporator. The difference between the thermocouple and the thermal resistance

1. Although both are contact thermometers, thermocouple and thermal resistance have different temperature ranges. Thermocouple used in high temperature environment, because they are in the low temperature zone thermoelectric potential output is small (we can have a look at the table), when the electric potential, the measures against interference and the second table and requirement is high, otherwise the measurement, and, in the region of the low temperature, the change of the cold end temperature and the relative error caused by the change of environmental temperature is very outstanding, is not easy to get full compensation. At this time in low and medium temperature, the general use of thermal resistance temperature range is 200-500, and even lower temperature can be measured (such as carbon resistance can be measured to the low temperature of about 1K). Now the normal use of platinum thermal resistance Pt100,(there are also Pt50, 100 and 50 represents the resistance value of thermal resistance at 0 degrees, in the old scale with BA1, BA2 to represent, BA1 at 0 degrees resistance value of 46 ohms, in the industry also useful copper resistance, the scale is CU50 and CU100, Between a 50- 150 in some special occasions and steel resistance, manganese resistance, etc.). Therefore, in the general temperature environment, the performance advantage of thermal resistance is more obvious, and the use method is also more simple.

According to the principle of thermocouple temperature measurement, only when the temperature of its cold end is constant, the measured temperature is a single value function with the thermoelectric potential. In practice, a cheap connection wire (also called compensation wire) with similar thermoelectric characteristics to the corresponding thermocouple is used to extend the cold end of the thermocouple to a relatively constant temperature (preferably 0 degrees). For example, copper and copper are used as compensation wire to extend nickel-silicon thermal resistance. Therefore, the thermocouple to the two table extension wire is two. The thermal resistance and the secondary meter are connected by copper wires. In order to reduce the measurement error caused by environmental changes, the three-wire connection method is generally adopted, in which two wires connect the thermal resistance in series on two adjacent bridge arms, and the other wire is the source of power. When used, the sum of the resistance value of each wire and the adjustment resistance should be guaranteed to be 5 ohms (+0.01).
