Introduction:

This machine issuitable for PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC and other single-layer plastic film,multi-layer plastic composite film, paper and other roll-shaped materialslitter, especially suitable for large roll diameter paper slitter.

The performance characteristics：

1. Siemens PLCprogrammable control system, winding and unwinding tension by PLC automaticcontrol.

2. Taiwan Weilun colortouch screen man-machine interface, working state, speed, tension and otherparameters centralized display and control.

3. The use of one-buttonstart/stop design, tension switch, host start and stop are linkage control,start the machine only need to input the thickness of raw materials, diameterａnd speed and other simple parameters, the next work is all automaticallycalculated by the computer. PLC can realize winding meter, meter stop andautomatic stop when the material is exhausted.

4. Host frequency control,Yaskawa frequency converter.

5. Horizontal structure,material receiving and feeding on both sides of the fuselage.

Cast iron body, ensure thestability of high speed operation.

7. Cutting part: equippedwith two cutting methods: flat knife cutting and round knife cutting.

8. Unwinding air expansionshaft, the unwinding reel can be disassembled as a whole, or rotated on oneside, automatic photoelectric deviation correction system is installed at theunwinding place.

9. Upper and lower doublewinding structure, both using air expansion shaft, and equipped with pressureroller. Retracting reel can be disassembled as a whole, or it can be rotated onone side for easy unloading. Pneumatic lock after retracting reel is put back.

10. Waste side guide pipeａnd high-power fan, blow out waste side from the right side of the machine.

11. All theguide rollers are made of highly hardened aluminum alloy and treated by staticａnd static equilibrium.
